I couldn't do it & wouldn't want to be trapped in a class with other people letting them loose, either. Just my personal preference... which is why these KZread videos are SO perfect for me! 😆

I started doing yoga with you two before bed and I have never slept better, it even helps with my insomnia.
I followed your first and this is my second time. I am onyl fourteen but my back and legs feel great now. I love when you talk in the video and how you say byw.. you can rotate youre legs a little, or rock back and forth. This is so nice

Hi PsycheTruth, I think you guys r doing a great job. As a beginner yoga teacher myself, I realise the importance of teaching the basics to students. I also think it is important to do easy-to-follow stretches and poses in a yoga class.Not everyone needs crazy handstands and inversions. Keep posting these wonderful and relaxing videos. Thanks!

Hi. A chiropractor taught me to do a twisting stretch while laying down, as he says it's easier on the back. I'm sure if you do it correctly while sitting up it's fine, but can't you get the same stretch while laying down and it's safer?

According to Ayurveda, you should never hold gas in. So if the need arises for let of gas, you should pass it as politely as you can. Certain asanas are meant to release the trapped gas.

I'm having trouble with the incline plane... Idk why but I can't turn my hands backwards and push myself up. Is it supposed to be hard?

I feel a lot of pressure in my inside wrists when I do this pose. I've found that if you turn your hands inwards instead of outwards, it helps get rid of that uncomfortable feeling. Otherwise, this is plainly just a really hard pose lol!
Well those pants don't leave much to the imagination :)
