wow i woke up early to study more for a huge exam but then i realized that it's not the information i cram into my brain, but my mentality going into the exam. 12 minutes changed my whole perspective on my test and now I feel like i'm ready to conquer the world!

In efforts to soak up all the benefits of yoga for your brain, that you so deserve, I believe it really is more important that you are able to practice regularly by doing what you can, when you can, rather than knocking out a 90 min sweat or sculpt weekly. Thank you, thank you Adriene! I live in Northern California, and with the recent fires and horrible air quality going on, it's hard to stay centered. Your videos have helped keep me sane while staying indoors. A little truly goes a long way in these situations!

Dearest Adriene, The rest week during the Renew calendar marked my 365 days streak along with you, without missing any single day. Today is sort of special too since it's my birthday 🎉 and showing up to the mat today, was my gift from me to me, and hopefully, I'll always show up for myself as long as I breathe. It's been a rough 6 weeks. My mom lost her battle with CoVid19. I didn't want to do anything, nothing... didn't want to....just unroll your mat, just 12 minutes....you can do 12 minutes. I did 12 minutes. I feel better (as usual). I went on to do my favorite Lower back & hamstrings.So much better. Thankfully. Thank you, Adriene and the entire commuity ~namaste xoxo #staysafe

On here for MeditateDay 15:11:22✅👌🏾💞🧘🏾♀️😌😌💞I had a stressful day but being determined to come on to the mat for this 3rd was all worth it and so beneficial even for leg cramps I had all night...this practice is releasing great O2, 👌🏾leg stretches and deep strengthening, i drifted fast to a good sleep afterwards, just here now, after 5hrs ago to leave a comment. It's such a helpful needed practice all. Warm ☮️ful eve.2 u all. Namaste 🙏🏾💜💜

Embody Day 14 ✨ I was taking a little break to let myself release tension in its own way instead of pushing things through, and this practice is really a suitable one to come back and restart. I feel energized and lighter now.

2nd day after 2 weeks of Covid - 'you already have what you need'. A little shakey still but felt so good to have that energy pumping through my body at the end. I have felt unusually cold these last few weeks, really bundling up. After a unexpectedly long uninterrupted sleep (+ 10 hours) and this practice feeling more human this morning. Thanks Adrienne. What with the Amazon burning and the state of the world and some crisis issues with my disabled mother, my brain has been feeling like a bunch of FOG. That last move really swept things out and is helping me breathe better. Thank you Adriene, and thank you community, for being here...no matter what's happening out there.
This was the perfect cure for a tired body after a hard day of bathroom renovations. I feel so much less stiff and sore.

Yesterday I was tested positive for covid. My body is so weak these couple days that I couldn't show up on our daily journey. Today those 11 minutes was the first opportunity I had to start over again little by little. Our bodies these days need so much more healing and cleansing. Take care of yourselves you beautiful people. Indeed, as Adriene always remind us and it's what I needed to hear right now, a little goes a long way. Namaste. 💗

I’m here got September Reset. I missed the last two days because life and I prioritized other things. There was a part of mr that felt bad and I began doubting myself. But I showed up today and this was a juicy flow to get me ready for me week ahead. Thank you for always being her FWFG community and Adriene!

10 golden mins of power flow - relief release and whoosh .... lovely! :) :) :) the last pose gave me such insight and reminder - I now teach it as part of mindfulness movement for kids / students (boys) who are super hyper / active They LOVE it! And they are able to notice their body / mind / breath / fun - all wonderful :) Thanks for the FLOW Namaste to all practising as we find power in our daily flow

I am here a day early having had to switch out Monday's practice due to a tight lower back. The back feels a little better after this one. I think the forward folds where we turned to the side and grabbed the back of the ankles helped the most. I found I was able to that last swift movement a little quicker than expected as well. Not that speed matters but I anticipated crawling so to speak 😝 through that one and feeling my way. Flow day 9. 582 days in a row.

Yay, an all standing practice.
Well, that escalated quickly! I went from feeling quietly confident that I was able to hold the tree pose on both legs, to getting a huge head-rush and almost fainting with that last little movement! I'm definitely switched on and focused now, wow! I was going to do a little meditation practice, but I might need to wait for my 'buzz' to die down a little first! xx

Blessed Beloved Embody Yogis! Day 14 is right on time for me today. I have a swollen finger (I believe from calisthenics). This practice serves for a great energy boost. The breath-of-joy posture is a technique I learned in theater.🎥 My director called it the Rollercoaster. 🎢 We would make a whee sound when folding down. I always do this sequence when I'm nervous. It's awesome before a performance and/or speech. Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤🦋

January & February I was doing yoga daily. Some how got away from that until the last two month I had not done any yoga. Today I was determined to get back on the mat so I looked for a short practice to start and this was a perfect brain reset! ❤ Feels good to move again, esp with how hot it’s been outside so that I’ve been feeling trapped indoors in the AC.
