Cervical pain k liye neck ko front side nhi jhukate hai pain badh jata h and circle me bhi movement nhi krte h

Madam , neck full round jo ghumana hai , one from left , then 1 from right side , and repeat ( alternate every time ) or first 5 to 10 times from left and then 5 to 10 from right side , pls suggest

Cervical me' aage zukna nahi hai aur neck round ghumana nahi hai. Pls be careful.
Sabse muskil kam to wajrasan mudra me baithana ho rha hai yahi nhi ho pa raha hai
Everything is good but rotation exercises of neck is not good for everyone!!!
