मुझे 1 महीने से गर्दन में एक अजीब सा दर्द हो रहा था और मैं गर्दन को बाएं तरफ पूरी तरह से मोड़ नहीं पा रहा था, परंतु कल रात को आपकी इस क्रिया को 3 बार आधा-आधा मिनट करने के बाद आज पूरी तरह दर्द खत्म हो गया है और मैं गर्दन को आसानी से मोड़ पा रहा हूं। बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद 🌹🙏

Muje neck k ek side jo hissa grdan or kandhe se juda hua hota hai...wha pr ghumate hue to ho hi raha pain...sath me kai bar wo pain mje itna irritate krra ki vomiting jesa man hora...kbhi kbhi wo gardan ki taraf ara jisse mera sar bht bhari hora...eyes tk pain hori..bht preshan ho gyi hu mai.. plz btaie apke kya kua symptoms the

मैं साल भर से ज्यादा समय से इस cervical pain से परेशान हूं।वाकई बहुत भयंकर और असहनीय दर्द होता है और वो भी पूरे 24 घंटे हमेशा रहता है। बैठने पर तो ये इतना ज्यादा होता है की खाना भी बैठ कर खाना दुभर हो गया मेरे लिए। मैं try करूंगा अब ये exercise।

Ye haddiyo me badlav k Karan ho sakta hai 35/40 Ki age k baar sab Ki haddiyo shape change karne lagti hai nd ye normal hai Bus kuch savdhaniya khanpan me or Subha 5/10 Ki simple exercise aap k liye kafi rahegi
