I did this, and it got rid of the yellow screen, but it also got rid of the water, sewer, and underground electric lines for me. Do you know any way around this?

work like magic but minus you would not use the tunnel pass map, its ok tho as long as you can play this crap games😂

If you’re using Game Pass, you need to: Open Game File (the default looks something like (Your Drive) > XboxGames > Cities Skylines II). Find the bin folder (the default should be Content > Launcher > bin). Right-click Paradox Launcher.exe. Go to Properties. Add -developerMode to Target Text. bro it is working but when I again open game it again become yellow ,,,,,, when I go to developer settings tunnel passes automaticaly checked. how I uncheck it for parmanent ??
