Tip for Matt: The reasoning behind why industrial did not fill in around the landfill what not because of the landfill. It was because it takes 12-20 months to graduate from a university not to mention the previous education steps to enable university education. In addition to this, (I have said this before and I'll say it again) there is a job overlay you can check. More people equals less jobs available, less residential and higher industrial demand due to unemployment. This works inversely as well. ! Hope it helps and thanks for the video! ;)

As a longtime CS player and mod user, watching you build in this game is both painful and wholesomely entertaining. The shore wall thing is easy tho. Build the road further in, then use landscape tool to remove the little strip of land between the road and water, let the water fill in that space, bob's your uncle.

RCE was a big part of my nightly routine but I'm finding myself clicking on Matt's videos less and less. Like hanging out with your bud who says the same joke, regardless of the situation, and won't let go talking trash about some random dudes he had made up beef with in high school. I mean, its fun... but I'm starting to think his best videos are behind him and this is it. Or maybe all the new jokes and fun video ideas are just on his Patreon now.
