It's called 'you want those games, right? So here you go! Now let's see you clear them!' that's the whole thing, I'm pretty sure. If not, feel free to correct me. It's basically a game that makes those games you see in click bait ads, real. It's really fun! I've seen some gameplay of it from the grumps and such.
