Thanks for the shout out! Yes I'm in Ohio.. Columbus as a matter of fact! Once I get pics of my 97 getting the rust fixed I'll put it on FB!

While St. Louis is the spiritual origin of the Aerostar (as all of them were manufactured there), I have to say Ohio might be a very close 2nd in terms of significant Aerostar locations. What's funny for me personally is that Columbus is also the de facto home for Fiat X1/9 enthusiasts (In the US anyways) because of Midwest-Bayless, the renowned X1/9 part and service center. If I ever make it out that way perhaps you will entertain giving me a tour of your fleet. Janky do Thanky!

The family vehicles were a pair of Aerostars. One was a '93 RWD 3.0l and the second was a full option '95 4.0L Electronic AWD model, both LWB automatic transmissions.

Haha wow, at the same time?! I know many families who had multiple Aero's growing up, but usually they were one after the other. If you had two at the same time that is truly amazing, but also somehow very practical and rational at the same time! Janky do Thanky

@@JankyAF It was one after the other. The blue bus('93) got totaled on an icy road and then we got the nice one('95 full option). Both were purchased new when I was still a youngster.

This is a really nice one. What a shame about. The rust it has a lot of life left in it, but the frame and underneath is realy the money shot.kule seats too ... I'm racking up the miles on my green machine. My seats were removed to move my apartment. I can't ask for a better all-around vehicle ..i see you wreck every sweatshirt with paint like i do..thanx for the time you put into keeping the Aerostar alive and interesting..

Haha, yea I delude myself into thinking a garment will not become a paint shirt, and then I go to paint something with it on and.... suffice it to say I have probably more painting clothes than non painting clothes these days. Best part is when I'm wearing my rags I never worry about getting my clothes dirty, which is quite liberating. As I tell my paint crew, remember, you are always wearing a dropcloth. Comes in handy. Glad your Aero is serving you well, moving stuff in an Aero is always so satisfying. Would love to have another manual transmission star one day, and an AWD version. Just can't get enough of em. Janky do thanky again for the comment.
