@unsystematic7 I think "skeleton" is being used as a verb. Meaning: shatter my walls, make me bare, tear me open, and leave me vulnerable.

i think this song is trying to say that's it's okay when someone...you know, someone who you loved left....for GOOD. Not bfs and gfs i mean when someone passes on....it's really quite nice, they make it seem so natural and peaceful...

It could be because the first time I heard this song years ago just happened to coincide with me learning of my grandmother’s passing, but SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SONG HITS ME RIGHT IN THE “FEELS” every time I hear it.

I think this song is about death..."love don't cry"-don't cry for me, family and friends..."frost or flame"-buried in the cold or cremated in the fire....it's a lot of metaphors in this song( i think that's the right word for it).

@LuisTheComrade at one point in my life i used to constantly listen to Bob Marley and his lyrics, and he is one of the best musicians in my opinion ... but over time i started to listen to more music/more bands ... and I now constantly listen to the yeah yeah yeah's ... u have good taste in music , its only a matter of time till u add this to ur collection. Yuck. Didn't work for Her at all, but went just perfectly with Before I Fall, more than it went even with its own horrible, dreary video.
