Somehow I remembered me listening to a great music video back in the days but could not remember the band/song name. I only could remember that I think of the color green, junlge noices and some kind of a flying squirrel with laser eyes. I although thought that the song or band might start with a T. After 3 days of constant googling, searching the attic for the cds and scrolling through thousands of yt videos I finally found this gem... what a ride. I m so relieved right now and somewhat proud of myself that this video was kept in the backs of my mind for 21 years (song release) or at least 12 years if I watched it here the first time...

I saw the story on a forum over 15 years ago, sorry I didn’t narrow it down to the exact overpass in the right city 🤦‍♂️ I’ll go flog myself, since probably only me and you know this info or will ever see it, lol You’ve gotta be right though, the name Julio sounds correct to me

@@vizual_dreamer sorry if that may have come across wrong, I just re read it and it didn’t sound right.. was supposed to sound more “jokie”, lol I’ve been telling everyone for years it was San Antonio, but I’m 99% sure you’re right 🤦‍♂️😂 I’m sure I wasn’t sober when I heard about it either, it’s neat backstory. Makes a lot of the lyrics make sense.. I believe he’d been recently released from a halfway house, I think he walked with a limp, “should have seen the curse that flew right by you”, he’d been dealing with the same issues a while. And of course the tarsier leap.. beautiful song, the back story makes it seem more meaningful and emotional to me 👍 glad I’m not the only one who remembers the story 😂 cheers 🍻 friend
