Sounds like depression coming from you. Sometimes it wells up when you see this sort of thing. Guy looks happy, healthy, fulfilled... Doing something good for people. It's easy to feel sad and happy and cry a little if you are depressed

I’ve come to realise that the most special people in this world are rarely the rich ,celebrities or royalty but souls like this man and his wife 👍🫶👍

笑顔で接客って当たり前のことだけどなかなか出来ないのに笑顔絶さずこのクオリティの料理出してるのは感動だね。地元にこういうところあれば通いつめるんだけどな、行ってみたいなー

まずあの位のメニューを74歳の店主お一人で仕切っているのが凄いですね。 お味はもう昭和48年からなんで確かに旨いでしょう。

This is what I want my life to be like in terms of the customer. Just relaxing and having a good time chatting with people i've never met and eating delicious food like this, gives a real homey feel to it that I wish I could experience.

Lucky wife to have a happy handsome husband and take care of him for so many decades which you rarely see nowadays. this type of food stalls really gives a unique experience, more social, lively and interactive. As you dine with random people and talk to the cook and to the people eating at the same time as you. Specially in cold winter time. Very different as oppose to just entering a restaurant ordering, eating then leaving.

I rented out a room from a Japanese man here in California years ago, who was an architect. He was old but moved like a young man. He taught me a few things about his culture and was curious of mine. Also, got me into stocks lol. When I stayed with him a year, he took me to get Japanese food and taught me a few things about it. Then when I finally moved out of his spot, he threw me a small dinner with the other renter and I appreciate him. I enjoy their culture to this day....even before when I was a martial arts freak as a child watching movies.

There are definitely some aspects of Japanese, and indeed Asian culture in general, that I'd love to see rub off on people in the US. A sense of selflessness and duty to the community being on or near the top of the list. Perhaps not their work ethic, though. While in some ways admirable, a lot of people get worked to death or to a point where they just take their own. . you know.

I think it's beautiful the love he has for his wife gives him purpose.

It's a two edge sword when you dedicate your work for someone. It give you motivation and strength but once its gone it can be very dangerous. I hope his wife lives as long as he does for his sake.

What an awesome man... his good spirit and constant interaction with his customers obviously make his job much easier, rather than being stuck back in the kitchen, away from people. The food looks better than anything that I have eaten in the last 10 years. And hats off to KZread which pioneered these types of amateur videos that give a view into a world that you normally would never see or even think to look for.
