Hello! "Japanese Kitchen Tour".
This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chefs' techniques, and Japanese food.
In addition to traditional Japanese cuisine (sushi, ramen, udon, soba, sashimi, street food stalls), we will introduce a variety of gourmet foods such as local Chinese food, big-serve restaurants, Japanese street food, and sweets.
This time we will be introducing the multinational food stall "El Bajon" located in Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.
This food stall is famous for serving dishes from all over the world.
Currently, Jeff from France is working there.

こんにちは！「 Japanese Kitchen Tour 」です。
こちらのチャンネルでは、日本の食文化や料理人の技術、日本の食べ物を紹介します。
日本の伝統的な料理（ 寿司 ラーメン うどん そば 刺身 屋台 ）などに加え、町中華やデカ盛り店、日本のストリートフードやスイーツなど、様々なグルメを紹介します。
今回紹介するのは、福岡市中央区天神にある多国籍屋台「 El Bajon（エル・バホン） 」です。
こちらの屋台は世界中の料理が楽しめることで有名。
現在はフランス出身のジェフさんが働いています。
彼には「日本で屋台オーナーになりたい！」という夢があります。

Votre fils est inspirant, tellement de plaisir et de joie dans son taffe! Ça fais plaisir de voir des français si bien intégré là et aimé des clients japonais comme touristes. Les street food locaux sont une merveille de culture de cuisine locale ❤ tous le monde aime les crêpes!

Ah, je comprends totalement son amour des stalls!! Il habite loin, mais on vois qu'il vous aimes et aime ça famille de tout son coeur! Jeff, quand j'me pointe au Japon, j'espère bien te croiser! Je vis plus souvent en Inde, mais sait on jamais!

i love how stalls like this make interactions with the person next to you a thing. no phones just good wholesome conversions
Jeff has such a good grasp of Japanese and all the mannerisms, he will go far. A street vendor is a tough gig when you have to set it up and then take it down. I wish Jeff all the luck in the world!

Dude his Japanese is really solid. Slight accent, but even then his intonation and mannerisms/expressions are rock hard solid. Dude's killing it, hope I can find him next time I visit Fukuoka! And accents/intonation are literally just something you grow out of as time goes on. Hell, I still have foreigner-like pronunciations still/expressing things accidentally more foreigner-like than Japanese.

I am from ohio. I know a few japanese words like kawaii and aloha. Do you think i could attract anime girlfriend if i opened a food stand? I am a little overwieght but not by much (350lb which is normal in ohio) but i think i could have a good chance!

True but the way stalls seem to look in Japan makes it feel very personal and fun compared to anywhere else I've seen so far. I like it

@@rajpaldesai i think he is still wearing his apron and in previous episodes with jeff it was said , that jeff needs to go other stalls to finish his apprenticeship. so im hoping boss/sensei is ok and jeff will one day return there. since boss even said he wanna give his stall to jeff once he is finished with his apprenticeship.

たまに、物凄く日本語が流暢な外国人の方居るけど かなりの勉強してるんだろうなぁ そして、屋台に憧れてって日本に来ちゃうのが凄いね

Jeff, thank you for coming to Japan. I am Japanese, but I have never been to Fukuoka. This video made me want to go to Fukuoka for the first time. And I want to go to Bajon and eat galette. Take care of yourself and good luck so that you can have your own stall.

From what I remember I think Jeff works at remi once then he moved around like to akacochin to learn from different stalls
勉強になります。 この特集を引き続き密着してほしいし、KZreadに上げてほしい。
The food stalls are the heart and soul for a lot of people it makes me so glad to see someone who truly loves it and makes such great efforts to do something like this. Providing meals and sharing in company and conversation with people is really such a great thing to experience even for someone like me who enjoys a ton of personal time and eating out alone, these are just great places to come have a meal and be out.
I don’t speak Japanese, so can’t judge his technical proficiency, but his Japanese ‘sounds’ insanely good! Food looks great too 👏

for people wanting to visit Japan, Fukuoka is a great starter. it has everything of Japan and with trains you can go to super cool places around Fukuoka too. Arita is a cool place to visit. huis ten Bosch and. many more. metro's are easy to use. and many people speak English also. And if you visit tenjin, don't forget to go to club ibiza ;)
