This is legitimately the best one I have seen so far. It provides space for a guest, a long term residential area for a loved one who wants independence or even possibly an added income rental space. It's beautifully designed as well. Kudos on this one for sure!

I have lived in a commodore home for 30 years have never refloored any part of it. It is still a beautiful home. It was serviced right away and we love it. I tell everyone find a commodore dealer you wont regret it

Other than the refrigerator being so close to the cabinets on the other side. That will be fun to manage. Bur still a brilliant design!

This home is perfect for a multigenerational family. Or assited living situation. Some might call it small, I would say econmical and a smart use of space. The inset porch is a plus for me. I’d spring for the extra $$ for drawer over door kitchen cabinets, but other than that, this is awesome. I think I’d also change the approach so the back porch was my welcoming front porch instead.

I love this , it's perfect as a single older woman with no kids but a possible elderly parent that maybe moving in. I would take the guest suite and make it my own that way part of it I could put the kennels for my puppies in there and still have plenty of room to move around plus that porch. Yeah I would screen it in. Kitchen is awesome. I love that some thought was put into this one.

That guest suite is incredible.

Nice looking home. The only thing I would change is that that little shelf space on the other side of the kitchen. Instead of the small cabinet and shelves tucked away, I would make that spot a closed off Pantry or maybe leave it open to put a stand up Freezer. I have so many kitchen gadgets and small counter appliances that I don't think there would be room for it all so I would have to use those cabinets to the left of the fridge for storage of those small appliances

The hanging lights over the sink are pretty. I would opt for a 3rd bedroom for guests instead of that porch. This is one of the better singlewides, that in law suite makes it perfect for two single people.

Once I thought about it, I really like this floor plan.

Don’t ever doubt yourself, you are the best at what you do. I love how you present yourself and your humor. You make it fun to watch your videos. There are pros and cons about this home for me. I love the idea of the guest suite. The back porch wouldn’t work and takes away from the living room area. But that’s just my opinion. We are looking for a single wide and you have already quite few that meets our needs. Hopefully by next year we should know for sure what we need and can afford. Keep showing these wonderful videos, I watch them all. 😊

In guest suite I’d put a walk-in shower. Many elders can’t step into a tub. But wouldn’t change anything else. Nice wide and easy to maneuver a walker or wheelchair through. Perfect if caring for elderly or if have an older teen to start learning to live on their own. Of course would need toaster oven too.

I'm loving this one. Those floor vents gonna have to be put into the walls or ceiling though. Other than that, It's one of the great singles I've seen so far!!!

This was a really unique home! I have to admit the floor plan was so different I lost track of where we were in the house at times. It’s like a maze.

The porch and the guest bedroom made this home and I liked the entry it give you.

This one kind of reminds me of a park model. I'd take the guest suite for my room. I love looking at these homes. I'll never get to get anything different than what I'm in, but this is great fun for an old lady! And thank you Chance both for showing us these homes and for asking for and offering prayers. That's really kind of you and yes, I will commit to pray for you and family when the Lord brings you to my mind. 🙏

A perfect option for single or a couple or even a roommate option, you could turn the porch into a half bath and make the guest suite an ensuite for perfect roommate or single older child room.

This is so different--a great set-up for a room mate or a dependent loved one. My only complaint is wire shelves--they are in my house and I hate them, and only three drawers in kitchen and none in bathrooms. Other than those two dislikes, I think this is a great model! Love the back porch!

I like the big kitchen island that doubles as a dining table.

I love this house so far! I would use the big porch as the front door. The kitchen needs more drawers but that is an easy fix.If I was seeing it right, the office area didn't have USBs in the outlets! The guest area is bigger that the master bedroom. Great for an in-law suite or renting that section to someone else where they make their own meals, etc. Would be great for a college student whose life doesn't revolve around keggers and hardy party nonsense but studying. If nothing else this home breaks the fiction of single wides being all set up basically the same with that one tiny third bedroom. So many things you can do with these homes. It is terrific.

It's definitely innovative. I think I'd turn the desk area into a storage closet. Having the water heater in a closet where the shelf is actually attached to the access panel for the water heater certainly isn't optimal, and if it ever leaked, you might not be aware of it until damage was done. I also think it would have been better for the cabinet over the circuit breaker to open opposite of how it was done in this home - so it would open toward the door and not the appliances.

VERY nice single wide. Only changes I'd make is, the window in the guest suite would be a doorway so it could be accessed from the outside, back. No carpet, LVP throughout, tile shower in the MB, and add some plugs on the porch wall for a tv, maybe add a plug on the wall behind where the chairs are for an outside patio heater for those cool nights, on the wall in the guest suite for a tv, and , ceiling vents, and gas stove. That porch could be the combined place to sit with a guest who can access the guest suite from outside so you could maybe build a wall on that side to close it off, with a doorway that could be locked from either side. Great rental or house to place in a park and you could rent both ends out. Maybe not, but, a good idea for someone who wants to get into rental properties in a lower price range like this one is. Just an idea but as it is..cool layout. (mother in law suite or husband in the dog house suite...lol). Chance, you're the reason I watch. You do great. Fun, country and nuts like family. So, don't put yourself down. I have seen many other people tour houses and most bore me the way they present. You don't. So, keep yourself as you are. Take care and safe travels ALWAYS.

I like the single wide but I love some of the triple wides so much more I love lots of space but for a couple or someone single it’s great

Love this one for sure.

I was watching this on my tv. This house has some real possibilities. I can see wood shelves and rods. In the kitchen I would want drawer over base cabinets and in that foyer. Where the one little cabinet on the dining side of the sink I’d want cupboards instead of the shelves. Instead of the desk I’d have cabinets and space for my upright deep freeze. Master bathroom I’d go with the shower option. In the utility I’d opt for wall to wall cabinets over the dryer. Not to certain about the guest suite. Maybe make it into a master bedroom with den/office.

I love the floor plan.

Lots to love here! Love the guest suite and overall layout. The absolute black matte faucets were a bit of a surprise. Laundry room by itself is nice-hate walking through it to get to garage so this is nice. Love blinds inside the doors, but wish all the windows had that as well. Sure saves cleaning them. Where's the coat closet though? And the door to the bathroom in the guest suite should open into the room so it avoids collision with the other door. That was just sloppy design. Lastly did not at all like the main bedroom layout. Split closets are so ineffective as you can't get to the stuff in the middle. Only one place really for the bed and it's not a good one at all. No place for a tv at the foot as the doors are there. If you turn the bed then it's really in the way. It's just not at all a good layout esp for a main bedroom. Other than these things though, it's a solid plan in the other areas.

This is what I want as a single senior. So long as it's recognized as a 2/2, only a permit for a single family home. One main door defies privacy, easy fix, have open shelves left of sink for easy reach for short or impaired person,, over sink might be too high, one sink for more counter space. no oven in suite for rental one day but intention is for older person living with care-giver, can work around. Use multi-use furniture. I would work with a veteran organization to get a tenant. Dedk area can become catch-all, arrange for own need.
