I have a index card system for my Bible memory verses. I totally agree. It warms my heart to see the prayers. We never know what legacy we going to leave on earth.

Hi Magreth! I’m rather new to your channel, (and Junk Journaling too) but I must say I love you & your videos! The Hauls, all the labels, etc. I actually recently bought a HUGE bag FULL of all sorts of lining at one of my local Thrift Stores. So when you said you found some and you use it for faux Sari Silk...I got really excited! I would love it if you would do a video on your process, choosing which fabric types are best, how you cut, trim, & fray it. Ya know all that good stuff! Either way though, thanks for sharing! Love your thrifting videos! Funny thing..... I'm in Boston Massachusetts and I was at a church rummage sale today ($5 a bag 🙂) and I got the exact curtians you got. Loved the big rose designs on them. I saw journal covers right away. When you showed your's I couldn't believe it. 🤣🤣

I found some of that thin green paper here in Oxford UK at our local charity scrap store. They ask for a donation for the paper goods and books, and they price the fabric usually. They are all about saving stuff from landfill.

I love seeing all your finds from thrifting. I went thrifting yesterday with my husband for my birthday. I found some wonderful old books. One as old as 1846. It was written in German. And an old boticinal book from 1949. I also found some beautiful vintage paper napkins and some vintage laces and trims. He told me he believes those were the oddest gifts he ever got me for my birthday. Lol. I was wondering with all the"woolies" you find if you ever make tassels with all those laces, trims and fibers. If you do would you mind showing the tassels on a video or make some in a video. I love making tassels with all that stuff. Very addicting. You have a wonderful day. see you in your next video.

What a funtabulous haul ... You can put some alcohol ink in small container, add your wooden beads, toss & voila ... stunning coloured beads lol ... also works on plastic beads 😍

Wow such a great haul, loved that you shared it and your excitement as well. I don’t think you overpaid for anything. Our op shops are getting very pricey here as they are now being run as a business, gone are the good old days of bargains, if its old the price goes up🤷‍♀️they really are starting to over price everything, such a shame as i loved a good op shop bargain find. That weird yarn that was orange and green, here in Canada people used to use it to make sort of a decorative scarf. They would make them knitting or crocheting. It went in and out of style quickly.

Super leuke dingen heb je gevonden en veeeel papier geweldig! Dat brede elastiek band gebruikte ik vroeger, toen de kids hier klein waren en ik hun kleding soms zelf maakte, als boorden aan lange mouwen van jasjes of jogging stof truitjes. De book spine dingen zijn ook leuk zeker op boek ruggen maar ook misschien als boekenlegger voor in je journal met een leuk dingle dangle dingetje eraan gemaakt van al je thriftshop kralen…nou ja alle …dan zou je een veel te lang ding krijgen wellicht wel van jouw huis naar mijn huis 🤣🤣😱niks gedronken hoor, ik drink geen alcohol…gewoon een melige bui….ga nu even door met je tweede deel. Wow such deals! My thrift store wants $6.99 for 5 miscellaneous old cards without envelopes and you could only see the card on top and don’t know if they are used! Yikes!

I went to a thrift shop earlier this week. I was so happy with my haul! I got ledger paper pads (was about to buy a new pack) and a pack of folded accounting journal paper, an old typing book, a college algebra book and some yarn, a ream of white cardstock. Less than $8. I was thrilled!
