This last year I had a baby so I’ve been trying to get back in shape. My mom is behind me in the pink, she started slow but now we do it all the time.

Phil.. this 8 minutes workout has amazing results. I honestly didn't have the stepper, I had to arrange some set of books to attain the height for the workout. Results: waist line has been trimmed Glutes at the back activated. One of the best short n effective no workout I have come across.

I really love all his videos. I'm back in the gym as I have gained some lbs over the years. Had bilateral TKR by the time I was 51 due to an accident. I'm in need of his kind of training just a bit slower due to my new knees. He gives me hope to have my ⏳ body back again..
