What about maps? Are there good Xpeng maps or google maps? Is there charging planner? What is the sound quality during phone calls (both ways)?

@@jacekszemplinski2197 The maps will do in 95% of the cases, but there is room for improvement. The charging planning isnt great for instance. The phone calls are great in my car (long distance). I think to see a trend among performance edition owners who arent to enthusiastic

You can also extend the thigh support of the rear seats, at least, in the high spec Performance version that I tested.

What a beautiful, elegant SUV. Excellent charging speed, durable range. One of the best EV I have ever driven.

Nice review! Just a note. The length of the rear seats can be extended electrically. In the shots they apear to be retracted.

Why the heck didn’t you use the tigh support in the back seat and also mentioned the massage on all seats?😊 Was this really a ”budget” G9P?🤔

just drove almost20k km's with my LR, its great:))

The passenger seat infotainment screen cannot be distracting for the driver, as there is a very good ADAS which help driving carefully! And there is something wrong, there are now 2 chargers for mobile phones at front, at 50W at the 2024 version (since September 21st, 2023. The ancient version from September 2022 had only one charger on the driver side, and it had adaptable covers for the glass holders on front which allow to quickly identify which version it is even from outside of the vehicle!

The Passenger seat screen has special glass on it. You can barely see what's on there from the driver's seat.

In my country this car is for around €54,000, I am very confused to buy it or wait for model Y in June or July, anyways I will wait 3 months to buy either. Which one would you choose if you were in my place?

You can't even compare both cars. G9 is far above the "plastic" Model Y

No idea to be honest.

Why do the auto reviewers always review the top-of-the-line models, when 90% of consumers go for the cheaper models? It's almost impossible to find reviews of the LR or SR versions.

It is just what we get when we request a car. Most of the time there is no base or lower spec model available unfortunately.
