The following is the list of ingredients for this recipe:
* 2 big Sweet turnips/Sengkuang (1kg)
* 1 medium size yam (500g)
* 500g rice flour
* 100g tapioca flour
* 300g groundnuts
* 200g Corriander/parsley
(if corriander, need to use more; if parsley 200g is ok)
* 20 sheets of tofu skin (size 16 x 22 cm)
Produce approximately 20 rolls

    As I mentioned is around 500mL plus minus. Don't pour everything in one time...divide into 2 batches and continue to stir. When the flour mixture can flow freely, yet can coat your spoon or spatula, then the consistency is correct. When I say plus-minus, it is because it also depends on the environment and the moisture content in your flour. So don't pour all 500mL into the flour. You might use lesser. That's why ancient people like to answer this with "agak-agak". So look at the video and see how the flour mixture consistency, then you able to get it.
