Darren Lee Different timeline. In the reboot, they still age into their older selves as seen in Days of Future Past, but the earliest we see them as their old actors is in the year 2023. This means they have 31 years to age into their old counterparts in the 1990s. How ever Sophie Turner has blue or green eyes but older Jean has brown eyes.

Aren't you confused about how goody Gamora died in Infinity Wars just to come back in Endgame being kind of baddy again? Thanos died in the beginning of Endgame, but he was alive in the past, and then died again in the future, at a different age and time.... Not confusing at all that, Mystique is....

@@jorgej.cruzhernandez9247 Endgame does not work with only one timeline but with parallel universes/timelines. The Gamora and Thanos of the last part of the movie are not the ones from the past where they both died.

If everyone is still confused, here is the best viewing order for the X-men movies so they kinda make sense (bare with me): First Class (1962) X-men Origins: Wolverine (1981) X-men (2000) X2 (2003 Last Stand (2006) The Wolverine (2013) Days of Our Future Past (goes back to 1973 and erases everything beforehand) Apocalypse (1983) Dark Phoenix (1992) Deadpool (2016) Deadpool 2 (2018) Logan (2029)

What I do is I just only include these films to make the best timeline that makes sense X-men: First Class X-Men X-men 2 X-men: the last stand The Wolverine X-men: Days of future past Logan This is honestly the best way to watch it that makes sense, this way you don’t have to worry about the other films and there stupid continuity errors. The only thing about my list that’s a continuity error is the beginning of last stand when you see Xavier walking in the 80s when he got crippled in the 60s in first class

I watched all the X-Men movies, and I have put the movie "Days of Future Past" as the best movie, because it makes all the movies fit really well together for both universes and with a great ending fixing the messed-up timeline/events of some of the original X-Men movies, and the movie was perfectly made. And then you have the movie "Logan" that ends all of the original X-MEN and Hugh Jackman career as "The Wolverine" which ended perfectly, but very sad because it ended :(

Yeah that’s something Bryan singer ended up forgetting in apocalypse. We see what happens to wolverine but it’s not mystique but striker who did it to him.

My favourite X-Men movies are First Class, Days of future past, and Apocalypse. I just think they were done amazingly and also I absolutely love the actors for Charles and Peter.

Exactly! After much research this is the timeline I came up with too, there are still some retcon errors but it does help explain most of them away. Anything else makes no sense at all!

7:07 They apparently never actually said that the Angel in Age of Apocalypse is Warren Worthington III. Granted who else could it be, but still. 4:11 Also, they actually retconned it so that the Emma we see in x-men origins is not “Emma Frost”, but rather “Emma Silverfox”.

well it kind of made me feel little relaxed.. just now finished watching all x men movies and needed to watch this video.

You didn’t even include The Gifted. It takes place in the X-Men universe. There’s even a cliffhanger that nods towards Days Of Future Past in the end of season 2!!

The impression that the ending of DOFP (Stryker being Mystique), that I was left with, was Mystique helping Logan to avoid any issues with the police/military. That seems to fit with the timeline.

It is. The film starts in 2023 but when Kitty Pride transfers Logan's consciousness, it's now set in 1973. The dystopian future of 2023 no longer exists but would still intact in 2024-2029 or something. Creating a branch: ▪︎Apocalypse (10 Years Later, 1983) ▪︎Dark Phoenix (Doesn't Make Sense with the Powers, 1992) ▪︎Deadpool (Alternate 2016) ▪︎Deadpool 2 (Alternate 2018)

@@wandersongabriel4423 If you base the ending from the comics, then yes Jean is dead. The Phoenix Force is what we saw at the end of the movie bringing their efforts to destroy it to naught.

Who cares? The timeline of the X-Men films is completely screwed up so trying to figure it out gives me headaches.

I have to agree with most of what you say except for one part: the reason why Mystique hasn't aged a day since X-men First Class was explained in X-men First Class itself. It was said by Hank McCoy, "You gotta see this. Your genes are extraordinary, you know that? Your cells age at half the rate of a normal human. When you're forty, you'll still have the leukocytes of a teenager" Which can explain why, at least for Mystique, the age of their appearance hasn't changed.

Loved First Class, Days of Future Past and Dark Phoenix. I just wish there was more of the Professor X/Magneto dynamics ✌
