    Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. This is exactly the kind of fish balls I have been craving for a very long time! The ones we have where I live now don’t even match our Malaysian fish balls.

    你是说用机器压肉出来吗?以前我也试过会把鱼的血水也一起压出来,所以做出来的鱼丸会比较腥,但是比较省事省力

    可以把鱼丸打包好放在冰箱是放在跟水果蔬菜一起想吃多少就拿多少出来大概只能保存两三天而已,✘不能放在结冰那边✘

    大约是4水:6鱼,但也要看西刀鱼的新鲜度,如果很新鲜的话会比较吃水。

    你应该用错鱼来做了,如果你是买到适合的鱼,照着我的方法去做,应该没有问题的,除非鱼不新鲜没有胶质就打不起来。
