I’m having the same issue! I’ve tried emailing back and forth with their agents but they told me there is nothing they can do.. just to keep an eye out for an update..

Wyze = this company scammed thousand of owners & small business owners . Anyone able to still get free 12 seconds video recording without they taken your money or must used an microSD card? Many videos are useless by telling us to pay monthly or use a microSD.

It's buy design. You need a subscription to record for more than 12 seconds.
