I just heard this like five minutes ago for the first time ever, and it’s one of my new favorite songs for sure.
This is one of my all time favorites. Whoever made the beat mattered it by remaking this cut from one of my favorite 70s groups. Yaaassss!
I remember one of my brothers being obsessed with song (repeat all day). When "The Carnival" came out we were all so proud (mainly because Wyclef and Pras are of Haitian descent).

Haha. I give Wyclef props. He's saying nothing of any value throughout the entire song, but he's saying every word with such confidence. Sign of a leader.
Back when hip hop had variety and it all got recognition.

Man everyone eventually "gets old" tbh. Can't do anything about it, and again, don't worry, because it happens to everyone. So even if you can go back in time, why bother, because you're still just going to eventually "get old" at some point anyway. And also at some point you learn that age is basically just a state of mind anyway, so just be young at heart, don't sweat the small stuff, enjoy family, stay busy, and just have fun and enjoy the ride tbh.
