If kept wound and running, a watch with an Annual Calendar will change from month to month appropriately regardless of whether there are 29, 30, or 31 days in said months. The only adjustment needed would be from February to March in a leap year.
A Perpetual will adjust the date appropriately continuously in most cases till at least the year 2100!

Some really nice choices. I would definitely add a Lange to the list and am partial to the 1815 Annual Calendar. Nothing else like it and love the versatility of the white gold model.
