Unfortunatelly I can't download it...PWM says that i don't own the game which is inaccurate. I checked my Steam settings and it's all set to public. Also tried to solve tzhe issue by syncing my Steam account multiple times with PWM. Unfortunatelly nothing seems to solve this issue. Weird is that I can download WWE 2K19 Uploads with not ownig the game on Steam as I still played on console then.

Yes. He formed Hit Row on NXT and was released two weeks after getting drafted to SmackDown in 2021
