Laws need to change in America. You are correct. Sure you can arrest someone all day long but the court and bail lets these criminals out 2 hrs later and they go right back to commiting crime. I live in what i consider a small town and it happens every day. Were 😊thr same people are treated like fishing -- catch and release! Sad

Bail reform was designed for American citizens not immigrants. We need to separate the two. Less than 2% of bail reform participants that are American are rearrested. The bail system did not take into account the criminal element they let in to NYC.
