That courthouse has been used in countless movies and videos including Hannah Montana, Hallmark, etc. It happened in 1927...no one knew about it.

There was also a lot of Antifa riot footage. The song is just saying that any riots and vandalizing isn't tolerated in small towns. Regardless of the race.

This song represents the very spirit of this country. It's community, it's supporting each other, it shows a strong moral compass. It is not racist, it's not religious, nor does this video encourage violence. It shows that in any small town no matter the color, you don't show respect in it, you get none in return.

Small towns won’t tolerate grown people temper tantrums. Won’t tolerate people taking and breaking what they work hard to create.

Jai, after watching this video, I have a whole new level of respect for you. You looked beyond the BLM "protests" and saw the violence and destruction. It is all of the violence and destruction that he is talking about not bringing to a small town. No matter who is perpetrating them.

Jai is exactly correct in her analysis! It’s about acting a fool, regardless of color, the disrespect…video also showed clips of Antifa as well. He shot that in front that courthouse because it’s close to his home, no other reason. An episode of Hanna Montana was filmed there too!

About the building, ONE lynching occurred in 1927. Jason didn't know that. It's the oldest building in that town. Someone had to dig deep to find that. There were two scenes from Jan 6th. Jason was trying to say that small-town people know their neighbors, the business owners, and the police. The bad scenes were about riots, not peaceful protests. Not once did he mention BLM or race. If you watch again, it showed white people doing dumb stuff. Yes, I live in a small town, and I have my neighbors back, and they have mine. By the way, that same building was used in a Hannah Montana show. No one called her racist. It's the woke digging.

He’s not against the right to protest. He’s talking about “protesting” being used as an excuse to riot and pillage.

Don’t forget Jason was also at the sight where a man opened fire,killing 60 people. At his concert. He’s sick of the violence. Of all people who has a right to sing this song, it’s Jason.

As a 57 year old black man from a small town in the south, who has been a country music fan for 45 years, this song is 100% accurate and I love it. As mentioned before, all buildings in the south have history. Jason's reference to his grandfather's gun is about Bidens pursuit of all guns. The left views black people as their pets, it's their job to protect us and get us riled up over stupid crap to progress their agenda just pisses me off.

The courthouse was unfortunately the site of a lynching, many many years ago … Jason Aldean was not aware of it, he used it to showcase justice, and it happens to be in the town he lives in. Same could be said about Disney, who also used it in a show a few years back, and no one called out Disney for racism based on the courthouse. The double standard is ridiculous. Small town in Texas here, the song speaks nothing, but facts. This song is about community standing together to protect your home regardless of race, religion, or creed.

It's what we were raised on. Neighbors helping Neighbors! Fighting to protect our small towns and their way of life. My brothers and sisters of all walks, races and backgrounds know what I am saying!
