My advice from experience, the PR wraps are worth every penny and add 10-15 pounds to your bench, Squat, and shoulders hands down!!!

I’m recovering from a wrist sprain and was considering wrist wraps for a while when I return to the gym just to have that extra support. Would you recommend the wraps for workouts that would normally put a lot of strain on my wrists?

  • @Gymreapers

Yes! Wrist wraps are commonly used by lifters that want wrist support to protect against pain or injury when training. They are perfect for bench press, shoulder press, low bar squats, and other exercises that need wrist support.

Do lifting straps provide any wrist support on top of being used for helping to grip heavier weight?

  • @Gymreapers

Yes, our lifting straps have neoprene padding for your wrist, which helps prevent them from digging as you lift or pull. if you're looking for more wrist stability during push movements, we'd recommend wrist wraps instead.

@@jd2161 yes I did. However, I've never had this issue before, and I was trying to decide which one would support the wrist the BEST. I'm not an idiot. I got my answer anyway. As I have I haven't used either piece of equipment, I wasn't sure which way I should go.
