Modified it a bit nd put way more on the wrist area, needed to make it harder to move. It seems to be working fine for now and I'm wearing it 2nd day in a row only taking it off for 10-20 minutes every couple hours and putting it back on.

You really dont need tape, you can just use a clip or just wrap it under the bandage!

I bite myself when I’m mad so this will help and plus I crack my fingers and hand and I always feel pain in them so this will help me stop

You shouldn't worry too much when you crack your fingers since it's just air bubbles. Biting your hand tho... Before you add a gauze, you should properly sterilize your hand(or fist, I suppose?) and put cotton and medical tape around the wound. Just a friendly advice. I also bite my hand, specifically my knuckles when I get too nervous about something. Hope this helps! ☺

Yup but the crepe bandage gets wet which is not a good thing, so remove it and wash
