You should be doing it 🥰 I am entering my third year at uni, in high school I wasn’t feeling great and was depressed for many reason, but when i got in university I wanted to meet new people. So in my class group I asked (each semester) everyone their number in order to create a useful chat group, so it was a super cool way to introduce myself and meet other people 🥰 Don’t be afraid to go talk to people, smiling at them even when just on the street, opening yourself, sizing opportunities of going out (I mean if some things aren’t your things do not force yourself, I meet my people through my studies and through friends but I hate like clubs… ect), be positive ! 🤩 most important to me, being sincere and honest and you will get your people ! Have a nice day !

Everybody has burdens but since it can mess with the status quo when we get way too open about it, some just open themselves in therapy and there nothing wrong, apparently. I've read this a while back and it makes sense: every convo is therapy but not everyone is a good therapist. It's good to know good therapists because they make huge differences!

This is going to be good, you have a way you speak to people that is so calming & beautiful & makes them feel safe, Love this!

Dear Autumn, Although I have had this KZread account for many years now, this is my first comment. I felt the urge to write a message to you very early in the video. I can see that you have been through some challenging situations and I also feel that we lived through some similar things. I want to say, I perceive you as such an inspiring and reflective person. You are so strong for forgiving the people that hurt you in the past and for realizing that you do not have to hold on to those feelings for your own good. You managed to alter these experiences into opportunities for personal growth and I can see that you have done a lot of personal work. I applaude you so much for this progress, it must have included very difficult stages during this development. I am so happy that you are here and that your energy is part of this universe. In my heart I deeply know that you will be and already are such a crucial inspirational source and so important for many people. And there are so many who would love to talk to someone like her. Just spill it out, no judgment, no strings attached. Many don't have that opportunity, so we just hold it all inside, and deal as best we can, trying not to let it get the best of us. And just carry on like everything is good. I love what she does for people.

I love this so much.. The be gentle with yourself.. or as I heard in a song by Andrew Peterson, be kind to yourself. So fitting and a life lesson we can apply on the daily.

Thoraya, you are good at mirroring people. When she shaded her eyes with her arm and then put it down (and you can tell the sun is in her eyes), even though your eyes are in the shade you put your arm up over your eyes to make sure she felt comfortable to do the same. You are a gift.

Knowing the sound of footsteps to detect mood is what I relate to. It's the byproduct of a traumatic household. It makes you hyper aware in an effort to keep yourself safe or to try and keep things from escalating. If you can anticipate, you can potentially prevent. It's not something to envy or to call a super power. I'm so glad she cleared that up by stating, very gracefully I may add, that is it is a product of the environment, not something you are born with. She didn't go into it, but I could hear it in her voice..it's the same way I talk about it without sharing too many details with strangers.

its a superpower once we dont use it as a survival mechanism, when we overcome trauma and have the tools to remember to check on our own emotions, at least thats how I assumed it in my case. Its nice to be able to tell when others need our support but dont have the words to ask for it

I don't think it even has to be a traumatic household. I am also very aware of the moods of other people, especially my dads even though never something bad happened to me. Now my problem is, that I seem to interpret his signs too soon as mad. I don't know, walking on eggshells

This is exactly what I needed to see today. I've just made the decision to reduce contact with the last my member of my very toxic family. I've been making lunch/coffee dates with friends from my past. And also approaching strangers in a friendly way. I can't believe how kind people can be. I'm so used to negative feedback. I'm 25 and it's been about a year and a half since I cut off contact with my mother. It hasn't been easy, but it is also very freeing. It's sad to say, but I have now found the space to start loving myself and accepting myself as I am--because I do not have my mother's toxicity weighing me down. I hope that you too find freedom, self-love, and healing. It's a journey and a process.

Family can be very very toxic, even your most closet ones. If they dont respect you for who you are set your bounderies. Healthy and clear bounderies. Then be, from now on just be, you got this. At some point if you start repeating to yourself that you are sociable, and affirmative words, being kind to yourself, you will. (Coming from a person that used to have social anxiety 🤭).

Your videos make me wish I could walk to a random stranger in broad daylight, have such a deep conversation and build a strong connection at least once in my lifetime.

Yes this experience is divine ... all aspects of emotions and perspectives and no judgement no matter what has been conveyed on this channel. And some people have revealed dark secrets but it's more of a compassion I feel that the person was able to release that... but still holding on to it.. and then I think about myself and how grateful I need to be for my own life more.

Wow I relate to her reading ppl, for me it was having dad that you were walking on eggshells that really made me analytic of expression also always being on edge trying to save everyone’s life so to speak. Innoway it’s like trying to be a hero and you feel like everyone else just doesn’t care. It can be a helpful thing but too much of that is toxic for yourself. Because you can never help everyone at all times. Stop kicking yourself for things that you have no control over. I know it well, if I had only said this or done that. Speak positivity to people because you have the power of death and life in your tongue. God bless you!
