Every time I look back at your channel, there's about 1k more subscribers, and there's a good reason for it

Gosh tears are pouring so much right now... if I was asked this question several years ago there was only one song that described me and it was Simple Plan - Welcome to my life (Do you ever feel like breaking down? Do you ever feel out of place? Like somehow you just don't belong, and noone understands you. Do you ever wanna run away, do you lock yourself in your room with the radio on turned up so loud that noone hears you screaming? No you don't know what it's like when nothing feels alright, you don't know what it's like to be like me. To be hurt, to feel lost, to be left out in the dark. To be kicked when you're down, to feel like you've been pushed around. To be on the edge of breaking down and noone's there to save you, no you don't know what it's like... welcome to my life.) But what made me cry is realizing how far I've come... because while that song will always strike a nerve in me I now have a different line in a different song that fits me the most. BTS - Idol. (You can't stop me loving myself!) I basically scream that line in joy whenever I listen to that song now. :) Nothing can break the love I feel for myself and when simple plan fitted the most I never thought I could be the person I've become.

This was such a beautiful video again. Thank you so much for this question, it really made me think. It USED TO BE a mixture of Creep by Radiohead and Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls because, hey I was depressed AF and convinced I was a creep, a weirdo and what the hell was I doing here... mixed with.. I don't want the world to see me because I don't think that they'd understand. But nowadays I resonate myself the most with my all time favourite song, which is INNUENDO by Queen. (And yes. I do like good innuendos and am a queen of making them) But these lyrics always give me so much power. You can be anything you want to be Just turn yourself into anything you think that you could ever be Be free with your tempo, be free, be free Surrender your ego - be free, be free to yourself. This describes my journey towards myself so much, learning how to love myself for who I am, what I was and what I am to become.

She shines in a world full of ugliness She matters when everything is meaningless Fragile, she doesn't see her beauty She tries to get away Sometimes it's just that nothing seems worth saving I can't watch her slip away And her timing was so perfect because I was feeling ready to give up. Just knowing even one person cared and could see me, and think so highly of me... I hope she realizes how much that meant, and how she helped to keep me going. I should go tell her...

a song that kind of describes me but mostly just resonates with me would be “the light behind your eyes” by my chemical romance, and for a number of reasons. firstly, this band has saved my life more than once, indirectly and directly. this band means so damn much to me and i thank whatever the hell higher power there is that this band came to be and that i found it. each of the four members have inspired me in many ways over the years, and helped me discover my love for music. i look up to them so much and i aspire to have just a shred of the talent, skill, caring, and all the wonderful qualities and values that they have one day. what makes me admire these people even more and this song specifically is that it was written about and for the fans of this band that have died and/or taken their lives. they truly care about their fans. the song is a mourning and a celebration of life, but it’s also a message to the listeners: keep going. it’s worth it. we care about you. i have attempted to take my own life twice in the past, so this really hits close to home for me. it holds so much more meaning when it’s something you’ve had personal experience with. for me, this song helps me keep going. i love it a lot. don’t even get me started on the vocals, the instruments, just everything about this song and this band mean so much to me.
