I said the same these days with the Michelin Star Ramen in Tokyo. It's about 9$. A Michelin Dish in Europe would cost 100-200 Dollars... (Or Euros). It's insane in Japan!

Last week it was rustic and a brown jacket to go with the wood. This week it's a gray jacket for the concrete. No matter what she wears, smashing. The salmon ramen was unique and the preparation was great to watch. The chef was so interesting to listen to. Great episode!

I agree with you! That salmon ramen looked really good. I'm usually a purist when it comes to foods (I order plain black coffee from Starbucks), but the thick noodles got me! Now about that neko pudding...you were having WAY too much fun with the ichigo one! LOL!

I really enjoy the content bcz I’m 100% Nihonjin but born and raised. In USA so I’m very separated from the motherland. I don’t speak nihongo! I have 3 children that are Hafu like you and I can only hope they someday connect to their roots like you have.

I've been a pretty big fan of those borderline Fettuccini Alfredo ramen as well, I gotta try that place! A lot of places have seem to been including chorizo in their ramen broth which has been interesting too, some even with tomato in it as well.

I have noticed buying a ticket for food inside a restaurant is huge know. Looks so yummy and delicious, absolutely love salmon. Milk pudding yum, I laughed seeing it jiggle. Delicious egg omelette. Absolutely Outstanding

Wow, very cool video! The salmon ramen looked amazing, especially the noodles! I'm not sure about the macha ice-cream though. The pudding reminded me of cafeterias jello...hmmm, but the flavor had to be better! 😅 Totally in for the omlet rice!

Shizuka I have to agree with you on the ice cream not a fan of inhaling something that will make me cough. As far as the other dishes I would say #1 the egg dish #2 the salmon ramen and #3 the jiggly cat desert. A very entertaining episode.

I use them when I have something on my face! (Like with the matcha powder in the video 😆) but normally I end up using the oshibori (wet hand wipe) they give you!
