Seriously my niece has a three year old and we thought he was special needs cause he was still speaking gibberish...but his great grandma is Puerto Rican and was like nol he speaking spanish...turns out my niece just give him an iPad or a phone and somehow he went down a Spanish speaking youtube rabbit hole awhile ago and for about 2 years he been watching all Spanish speaking youtube videos. We black and my mom don't speak Spanish but she understand it. Searched the watch history on the account my niece made hundreds of Spanish videos and like 150 liked videos as if he recently got the concept of like and subscribe. He speak English too I think as he think it's funny to respond to everything in Spanish knowing I don't* understand.

I saw this movie in a full packed theater. For a January release, it was surprisingly way better than I expected. And it reminds me how much I miss campy horror like this and I'm glad James Wan and Blumhouse are bringing back this type of horror movie that's self aware and doesn't take itself too seriously.

thats what horror should be to me. fun. like what IT was. disturbing but fun. I don't get scared from horror films if I'm honest. I just love how they do the horror aspects and it has to be entertaining

@@Killerqueen2000 this. the horror in horror films tends to be more memorable when the entertainment value is through the roof. not just some slap stick comedy with scary scenes, but an actual horror film with comedic relief that does the job right will win the fight 9/10 times. a good example is OG Chucky, it had moments that for the time were actually quite fun to watch, the way chucky interacted and spoke was entertainment in itself, then came the killing and often they were intertwined. Puppet Master is older and also had some genuinely interesting interactions amongst the puppets before they did their killing thing. disturbing but fun is the formula for sure 🔥

@@Killerqueen2000 I can’t tell you how you feel about scary stuff BIT it’s pretty easy for us to regard horror films since they’re just fiction. If they were real there no way we wouldn’t be scared. Like Juon the Grudge for example

I think Cady's trust factor went up at the end because she was looking at Gemma. That emotional connection was finally established, but Megan thought Cady was feeling more connected to her instead of her aunt.

Fun fact: the reason M3gan does the weird ass 4 legged run is a shout out to the fact bipedal robots currently are not able to run on two legs. Engineers haven't worked out a way of for them to self maintain balance and speed in the way a human can in order for them to run upright, they just fall over.

My favorite moment of the whole movie was when Megan stared at the neighbor after they got attacked by the Dog, like she really channeled her inner Chucky for that stare

It was filmed to be (R) The kills are bloodier and there's more ADULT language. When the dance went viral, it blew up, especially with younger audiences. So a last minute re-edit was done for a (PG-13) rating. The (R) will be available streaming or it may even get a limited theatrical release.

I found this movie more funny than scary and I’m ok with that. I work in retail and the amount of time I’ve seen parents silencing their kids and babies with a phone is just crazy. Poor things got one eye looking up and the other down 😭

This movie honestly had no right being as awesome as it was. I wouldnt have believed anyone if they said this movie about a toy do tiktok dances would end with a bad ass robot fight.

This was written by Akela Cooper who also wrote Malignant so when I saw the trailer for this and knowing that, I knew this would be so goofy and campy and be aware of it just like Malignant. Also if yall haven't seen it I recommend watching the Chucky series before s3 comes out, it's awesome. And the previous films if necessary.

Protagonist just means the main viewpoint character that the plot revolves around. Antagonist is anyone that opposes the Protagonist. They can't switch places midstory.
