I used to hate going to the gym too because i lost all motivation from the slow progress. But now i accepted that building muscle takes months and years to fully change. But honestly now i'm addicted to the gym, i get sad if i skip a single day.

i just tried a set of zercher shrugs with a comfortable fat bar and a light, manageable load and it felt really good on my traps. it feels like a different angle than with regular dumbbell shrugs.
