    Yes with Zurchers, which no one cares about and you won't see them in an event. If this guy was to do one conventional exercise he would get smoked by the weakest strong man. It's really all for show. let's stop pretending like he's doing actual exercises with correct technique. He would be disqualified from every event😂😮

    the story of kyriakos is of strength *and* resilience... he's had serious injury and persists in his training. his training style is very unique for that reason

    And another cool thing about Kyriakos is the fact that he doesn't do any of this stuff for show, neither does he imply that any of it is something you should try and replicate. He just does his own thing and that's it. His channel is very old, he's been uploading videos of his exercises for like an entire decade before people started noticing. He never cared whether his videos got a lot of views or not. He is just a quirky strong man who lifts immense weights in weird unconventional ways.

    For the yelling, I think Juji tried this movement with a lot of weight, and he said he got an incredible headache from it. I wouldn't be surprised that Grizzly is essentially releasing all that pressure by yelling.

    Brian Shaw with Juji replicated Kyriakos techniques in a video. You could do one too. It's not like anyone is doing what he does so we can't have any accurate measurements on his strength.

    Some of the lifts may seem silly but if you try your hand at those zercher shrugs you wont be able to make the bar move like that. Brian Shaw tried them at could not get that whip going at all. He has some weird short range power people can't replicate

    Kyriakos Grizzly is the strongest being in history terrestrial and extraterrestrial. Not even Goliath, Hercules or Krishna were strong enough to rep out a 490kg zercher shrug.     45 years ago, in kavala, a small greek city, was many boys that was strong. dimitris makridis had a gym, small one that all was paying to buy weights. he was 70-75 kilos but he bench 230 kilosx3-5 reps squat 280 kilos3-5 reps and dead lift 330 kilos. he motivate many in times that was no money no machines no drugs. kyriakos was going to the gym of one of the best students of dimitris. many of his students even are near 70 and not train regularly can still bench 170-180 kilos. i am 70, i was visiting the gym 3 times in a month did not train hard. now i start some training and old memories work. i bench 20 sets x 15 reps 90 kilos every 2 day and i realize how good was the program we use old times

    No absolutely not. He does 250 kilo bent over rows for reps, 100kg lat pulldowns for 50 reps a LOT of people can do. But not a lot of people can do his zerchers, front raises or bent over rows. And his cheatcurls obviously

    Galaxys strongest man who can not even do a full range motion pullup? There are a handful of current and former strongmen who have done 10 strict pullups with 160-180 kg body weight. All of them 6 foot 4 or taller

    The 6×130 kg muscle snatch is also legit insane. Google Lasha muscle snatch, you'll find him doing a single from the floor at 150, the weight moves very similar. Lasha is the all time record holder open class weightlifter. It's a standard exercise for weightlifters. Kyriakos is putting up similar numbers in his 50s.

    I think part of the reason for his truncated ROM could be injuries. At that body weight, years of lifting and the weights attempted, I guess he has had a fair share of debilitating injuries - lower back, ankles, shoulders, knees etc.

    I like the format of these videos, and how you are doing deeper dives into some of these viral sensations. As for inviting grizzly to worlds strongest man. What if they had an exhibition lift for Max Zurcher lift? Almost like how they used to do back lifts for very short ranges of motion.

    He is not saying it is not impressive. He is saying you could get a similar training effect standing more upright and doing them in a more controlled fashion with 150kilos (half the weigth but STILL obscenely high)
