Maybe because your UI is too small. With complete UI you will see full life-bar over ennemy ships, just like a big red target over their head...

You were so focused on so many things, and ships, and planning ahead. It seems poor of me to say, as I am not at your level of play yet, but you "missed" the Fletcher, and the Neptune (although you did finally get him on the double strike later). I also think that you should have tried to stay more central, and pull your CV back (if he would have listened is another issue). Your DDs were not as effective or coordinated as you would have liked, and I think that was what was throwing your concentration off. They (DDs) were all kind of bopping around aimlessly, ineffectively... you were overloaded. Just my thoughts. Relax, take break, you can't win every game, and you can't carry every team ;) Fair seas and following winds!!!

Honestly your only mistake was not taking a potshot at the VERY nearly dead Fletcher at 5:40. But also I'm watching this after the fact when it's much easier to notice that

A better game than everything I could ever do. But I gound one grain of salt. At 5:40 you had the chance to get the fletcher with him crossing in front of Pommern. He had 956hp left, and you decided to go for Pommern.

Great to see you uploading more. You played it pretty much spot on. Maybe pushing in would have given you a shot at them with your torps. You for sure would have taken more damage and probably not have survived. I think you played to the strengths of your ship not much you could have really done.

Your game play is amazing the awareness you have over the map and forward planning is out standing wish I had your level of game play watching you has been teaching me a lot thank you.

If the question is serious: Yes, you realized, the fletcher. No need to explain further. (also killed lion btw :/ ) 06:50 After finishing the the Pommern i would have helped the team in A as it is easier to focus down ships pushing into you than ships running away (especially if they are full HP like the Hizen) You do it shortly after anyways The miss on the fletcher was the one mistake that decided the game (from your perspective, having some more teammates would have also helped of course) Really appreciate your vids tho, hope to see you again in battle some time, was fun stealing your show in my GK that one game we were on the same team :P (sadly was a stomp)

Sometimes... It's just uncarriable man, don't worry, I really felt the dips on this game, send the clip to the old man, I wanna listen to him laughing every 3 seconds when a teammate of yours dies. Also, in light of this match, I had an epiphany, because of your des memes jab/reference, give us another masterpiece, along the lines of hindeBRRR. Make yuro resub to you and your editing skills.

Agree with those that said shooting the low health Fletcher instead of the Pommern might have been a better option, however, she was moving pretty quickly and I don't know if you would have been able to rotate the turrets and fired a salvo in time to catch her. She was moving quickly enough that she might have disappeared behind the island that was between you.

That Neptune... broadside for half the game and it hurts to see you not AP blapping it earlier Maybe that’s what you could have done better xD

Nice game. Can't complain about your role. I did see some opportunities for you to kill the Neptune a few times early in the game. You had 2-3 broadside opportunities but you where focused too much on the Odin early on. Also, the Fletcher was also within range (10km) from you spotted with low health. You could have ended him as well. Again. Great game!

Always can do somethings better but it was a heroic effort, personally I usually end up trying to brawl and getting murdered and I wouldn't have fancied trying to take on a NC and an Odin at close range - think you would have died. Such an awesome game, easy to see the fletcher in retrospect but lots going on...

Well oviously you should have done more damage, sunk more ships, capped more caps, spotted more ships, shot down more planes, tanked more damage and take more potential damage. You're a bit of a slacker, and a liability to your team! 😂😂👍

2k base xp in a lost game? over 300k damage? hooooly crap. I know, damage isn't everything, especially in a firestarter... but just wow, you are incredible! I really like your calm and nice attitude. I would have probably eaten my desk after that game :D In hindsight, you maybe could have gone to B... but if that would have been better? idk. Best lesson from this game maybe: not getting fooled by the last position of a ship on the minimap. It seems, you somehow (subconsciously) expected the Fletcher at C. That would have been fantastic, since you would have eaten that easily. As I said, that might be thing to take away from this game. If going for B would have been better or even successful? I doubt it...

Hey Robin! Wonderful video as always. I'm not sure if you take requests or even consider when someone recommends a ship, but I would love to see how you like/how you perform in the Alabama. Curious of pro players' opinion on her nowadays.

i think pushing into B would have been suicide. besides the fletcher you didnt notice(happens to the best) i think you shouldnt have shot at the full health hizen in the middle of the match and instead take advantage of enemys push into C. there where a lot of high value targets broadsiding in open water. you only just cought the endtail of it killing the dm, but missed the main window. extremely well played mate! ;)

Not much to do when the potatoes all rush out into a an open crossfire at B though. They're asking to get slaughtered there.

Honestly, that Kagero not playing objectives is soooo frustrating, having the best concealment off the fleet... Maybe he was frightened by the CV ? Watch what the Saipan was doing just blows my mind, wasting time to fly to enemy cv instead of dealing with BBs in the center, he didn’t bother to spot the fletcher. The kagero was bad, but the Saipan was garbage.

HIZEN's reading is like "HE THEN",not "HIGH THEN" I like your videos,from JAPAN

Other than killing that fletcher, maybe stoping for 2 or 3 salvoes to kill that Hizen would have been enough to give you a chance at winning..

Carrying two fail divisions and a sack of spuds? You can't do it all, mate, you'll crease your spine.

2 hydro DD could not screen their BB from one Fletcher, that was the turning point. Alabama + Lion finally decided to move in the worst possible moment as well. CV was useless regarding spotting DD and oblivious in his own positioning. You could not drag them to victory, they were kicking & screaming too much.

Can you make a video showing all of your Settings please ?

There isnt always you can do about a loss though... GG you showed there! 308k is nothing to sneeze at! But isn't it an option to run the spotter plane skills on the captain for more range? Or is that unnecessary when you have the range mod? P.S.: I'm so glad a superunicum like you shows there are other ways to play cruisers other than the lighthousebuild!!!

You can run the reload module and pair it with a spotter indeed, and that is often the first choice for that ship, but first I'm not a fan of the overhead view (my accuracy really drops off in that mode, personal taste) second I feel like having a constant range is overall better than having it keyed to a consumable.

Any tips on how to play USS Florida?

Very low hp fletcher next to the pommern at 5.40 and about 9-10 sec. I think it was 993hp. Would probably have made a good diff at the end.

Played perfect from my point of view Robin, if you would have gone for B, you would have probably be killed by the combined fire from Odin and North Carolina.In this game you only needed 2 teammates like you and you could have easily win this.🙂

Youre a monster robin, You couldve flexed around towards A and engage the Odin from the south side of A. Then pushed through A and come up north. Kagero couldve pushed C and capped while you both meet up at B from each side. that wouldve made a pincer between the CV and Fletcher.

Great video. And music from Deus Ex is matching perfectly. Although I think you have a small issue with copyrights here. I doubt you have permission to use it.

well, you played it pretty much right... but i would have done some things diferent, like the DD while you where trying the pommern, and i would have played it a bit more agreesive on the C flank, not much, i'm not a suicidal. Also i would have rush the Odin right after the Nep kill, you made yourself on the worst kind of move, since you made yourself without shots on him. don't get me wrong, i love your vids, and your way of playing, i'm just saying what i would have done, since you asked for it.

Could you have made a few better choices? Probably, but your only misplay would have been not shooting the Fletcher when it was spotted. The Kag not helping with capping once the game progressed made it hard to keep the points low enough for a fight as your team continued to bleed ships. I'm nowhere near as good at this game as you and many others though, so my opinion means jack.

it must hurt you to watch it again and realize one mistake might have saved the whole game. am I feel you. but to be fair out of 11 ships you aren't the only one expected to do everything. anyone could have noticed a 900 hp DD especially the cv. don't be too hard on yourself. and have a virtual hug 🤗. gg Robin.

The Hindy was my first T10 cruiser 5 years ago! She has had changes both nerfs n buffs, as well as meta shifts, and continues to be the most reliable cruiser at all potential cruiser jobs in a match(for me anyway). I build mine with reload, luchiens and long duration spotter to make up for range. Full DPM build (or "anti-concealment" build) Did a fun test with the hindy recently and made a short vid that you might find interesting! :)kzread.info/dash/bejne/d6CazrxvaJe9l7g.html Great game here! The DD you missed is my only criticism.

I was not aware of that setting until some of you pointed it out, so I'll go ahead and tweak that right away!

Well, I guess that just makes you human :) Win or lose, please keep downloading the gameplay (and imho, the losses are actually more instructive and entertaining to watch).

sorry for the observation, but i hear the same issue at Flambass all the time: it is "could have gone", not "could have went"

I guess, apart from the team, the main problem is that Hinden is all about damage, you cannot do hard map control with it as you always need to be on the run to fire all of your guns. It's not that he is fragile, it's that you have to expose yourself to be efficient. So whan your team is weak on map control, you cannot really help them. Nice game though.

maybe switch to AP for Neptune a salvo or 2 earlier. but if 4 kills, over 300k damage and over 2M potential cannot carry that means the team was uncarriable.

Robin have you tried playing with 100% fog transparency? Maybe you dont like it because it kinda breaks the immersion but ....... that way you wouldve spotted that Fletcher FO SHO :P

As always, it is impossible to win with this mm, it doesnt matter what you do if your teammates dont know what to do, +1 for that Kagero I guess. Anyway great game!.

The most frustrating thing in WoWs is when you carry the entire team and they just refuse to be carried. Amazing result for you nevertheless. I don't think I've ever seen 2000+ base xp in a defeat.

Not “haisen” but “heesen”. As far as my friend that knows Japanese said when I asked him. Cause “haisen” is if it was German.

Mostly correct, but the german "i" is spoken like the english "e" unless it is "ei", then both are combined into the english "i"

I think you should have played the D flank instead of roaming mid. Using your high DPM would have won that flank.

Dont think this battle was lost at the end. You missed a 900 HP fletcher somehow in the first half of the battle which cost you the game IMO

You didn't pray enought so your team died lmao. Now seriously, after 300k dmg loss, saying "What i could do better" instead of blaming your team, even if its true, is a good mentality and what truly makes one improve. Good game mate.

Do 600K dmg? Sometimes your team just cannot do it. Only 3 players had over 1K in XP. Steep drop off from 4th player and on down.

Without knowing too much about effective range, I find it curious that you fired NO torpedoes. Even a random spread against enemy fleet concentrations could've scored some useful damage. Also, and again not being properly able to address your moment-to-moment priorities, but you left a number of enemy ships afloat, changing targets without focusing them down, which didn't help you win. Sunk enemy ships are the only way to win when you cannot maintain control of caps. ='[.]'=

I was never in range. Hindenburg only has 6km range on the torpedoes, and I never was nearly as close to any ships for that.

If you had pushed into the Oden and NC you would have been killed and your team would just loose a little quicker. The Hindy is a good ship and you are a better player than I, but brawling with two BB's in a half health cruiser isn't going to end well. Can't carry them all brother.
