I can't tell you how many times I wanted to stop the video to type a time and say "That's the most incredible thing I've ever seen!" I would have had to comment over and over again had I done that. I am 29 years old, and I still am tempted to try some of this stuff. I'm sure my knees would rather I didn't. Heh heh.
