Yo seriously Tim sheiff was my inspiration when I was a younger lad and i still love what he’s doing to this day he even inspired me to take on a full vegan diet truthfully since 2016 my fam had prom w it at first for skeptical reasons but they soon just accepted it and stopped caring really

Freerunning is got to be the greatest sport in the world. I can only imagine the feeling they get after performing tricks like these. Amazing video packed with crazy ideas, you guys are awesome and inspiring! Also 5:50 is one of the most beautiful tricks I have ever seen. I'm waiting for volume 2! :)

Me and my friend watched this video 10 years ago and began out Parkour journey. Unfortunately he passed away 4yrs agao in a motorcycle accident. Every time i watch this video, it makes me miss him so much. RIP HAO

I was 13 when I saw this. It wasn't too long after the video was released. This is OG as hell and a part of my childhood. This inspired a lot of people at least to try out parkour.

13 years later, I was 16 when this dropped... Fantastic...

This use to get me so hyped back then when I was 17, still does today. Love it.

Why would you rob anybody with these kind of skills? You get paid for moving around and can travel the world. You appear in movies and music videos. People pay you so that you just show up. Besides that money can't buy you happiness but when you move like there is no gravity it's pure bliss.

I came to know about parkour after watching this video, I was so amazed that I watch it repeatedly... I even make a audio of this video and listen it over and over again.... Remembering their moves and action mentally.... I tried to attempt some moves but was not very successful... This video is a symbol of perfection that do something in life so amazingly that even after many years people remember you.... You guys are seriously awesome.....

Unless you have access to a gym that trains this, you will have to go through learning with a higher risk. You can lower these risks by using an old mattress so soften falls, training in a familiar place (such as your backyard) and using someone else as a spotter. Hope that helps!

GermenWarfare The best way to train is progressions. There are many people who just go out and try something huge to start with. Take what you want to learn/do and start small. As you get better and better, scale up the size of what you are doing. There is always the risk, but being cautious and taking time is going to lower the chance. Go out, have fun, and stay safe!

David Whene its good to see someone here not a nerd. i looked at your channel you do the same stuff as me nearly. anyways im scared to climb this big stuff cos if the police come then im stressed out n have to down climb. but im gonna climb this 5 story plant trellis after i get confident with climbing again after injury. i mean its just free climbing part of parkour really. i dont make vids cos i dont want to start thinking im a movie star and all that, i just like to train and do this stuff. now i can backflip and put my hand on the ground just learned that myself, all self trained no gymnastics center.
