Hello. Mind if I ask what is different from the master kit fx? I bought that and it seems very similar. Maybe it's more examples on how to use materialize and dissolve?

There are two completely different assets. The world dissolve uses 3d masks as a guides to dissolve stuff, it has a lot of see through and displacement features, it doesn’t support any particles… the dissolve fx was meant to simply dissolve objects or characters, the world dissolve gives you a lot more artistic control over that and much more
