In first place why the hell english is so inconsistent when it come to pronunciation....? If any word was borrowed from other language why they didn't used the spelling as it it is pronounced.. or why they didn't pronounce it as it is spelled... no we don’t, the “mispronunciations” were saying it like someone from Latin America would say it who isn’t fluent in English. Every word in this video were words that Americans pronounce correctly. you just don’t want to accept that different dialects exist
I love your teaching❤
I liked this option. De veras no esperaba que tú aparecieras con otra novedosa y sencilla herramienta de enseñanza. Punctuation 💯
Me, an Asian pronouncing these words correctly ever since I was a toddler.

@Mlk absolutely correct.
WOOW!Lucy go on!!Share mooooore short videos.it's comfort than longs because of our short time.
I thought it was something related to accent rather than pronunciation. There's a group of people I hear pronounce comfortable and vegetable in that way I just thought it was their accent.
I pronounce Tuesday Tues-day And who pronounces those words Like that! Cho-co-late? Like comon!

There's no S sound in Tuesday so you're mispronouncing it
I'm not a native English speaker and I never heard of any of these incorrectly pronouncing 😅
Thanks Lucy .. Everyday i lern something new... 👍
Tremendous! Thanks Lucy. Don't mind doing the African version of this with you.😊
I love your lessons.I wish you were my personal teacher.
This is a recurring theme in English actually spelling entire syllables that fall silent :P Worcestershire is an infamous one since the syllables that don't fall silent don't even sound like they're written at all either :') It's not Wor Ces Ter Shire, it's wuh sta sher, who on earth thought of that one must truly be worlds greatest troll :')
This video is very helpful for me☺️😇🥰💖💖
Какая же она красивая😍
I really love this lady.. She is so very wonderful...
I love you Lucy from Mizoram, I'd always learning your lessons and i now I can speak correctly with your lessons. Thank you so much Lucy.
It's not matter whether u pronounce some words correctly but speaking English itself is a proud 😅😅
What makes your way of saying the words is the correct way.

Its the correct way in british english, but different dialects have a different way of speaking
Oxford Learners Dictionary recognizes the two pronunciations for "comfortable". Not because it's different from what you do means it's incorrect.
Thanks mz.lucy for explanation 🙏
I've learnt Alot and enjoy listening to Lucy because I find her very beautiful. good English instructor.
Every single teacher I have known told me how to properly pronounce „comfortable“! Honestly I don’t remember pronouncing it wrong and I‘m sooooo annoyed by these words and its proper pronunciation at this point
I like the close up of the camera. You have a GREAT face for youtube
Thanks a lot teacher Lucy
Me who speaks English: I’ll probably get these wrong Also me: I’ve never heard anyone say any of the other ways 😂 I got them all right

Where i live in england some people say wedensday. Which i think is probably more accurate than the spelling since it was originally wodens day.
The English really out here saying Chewzdai
your Speaking English Very Rights and Very thanks
I pronounced all correct. I don't understand how people don't get this!
My beautiful teacher!!!
I'd pronounced "pronunciation" as "pronunctation". Also there was "engine" as eng[i]ne, "wound" as round, sweat as sweet or breed, "sepulcher" with "ch" as in the word "change".
You do great work. Thank you. 🎈
I would like to be punished by you for my errors 😂
I've been working my best Yet..most of the words lcan spoke well. I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to you My dear Lucy My thought and prayer is with you ❤️ .
Nice explanation Good job
My best teacher
Thanks from India
me, a native english speaker, practising it with you: 👁👄👁
Thanks for the lesson !
thank you so much, make my english better
This is also Australian English pronunciation! I pronounced all the words correctly!
i like your way of reading
Thank you so much Lucy!
here's the thing Filipino English is Pronouncing every syllabus, but if we do it in American accent , we say it like you do it.
Really I am very happy this English..
Miss Lucy I really admire your teaching skills, it's really impressive 👍👍👍👍
Piece of advice :don't repeat the incorrect pronunciation too much, it reinforces the mistake
You always here ‘tu-esday’ and you live in the UK? 😂
I love my teacher❤
I love my language! No wonder George Barnard Shaw wrote Pygmalion (spelling counts, too) LOL! With high respect, NHG
Beautiful teacher
This made me have a day boost! I'm not that bad at pronouncing haha
It's chewsday innit 🤣
Hi Lucy, please clarify the pronunciation for some places, in England for example. When it comes to Leicester, some football commentators call it 'leiyester' Bournemouth like 'bonemoth' and some other places. Please 🙏🏻
Does anybody else want to hear Lucy say the wrong pronunciation over and over? It's even more addictive than her beautiful correct pronunciation.
Very informative,
Ohh I learnt Tuesday...thank u
There is a feeling - if enough people start to pronounce word incorrectly the same way it will branch out in its own dialect xD
I'm happy I was pronouncing all of them correctly let's go english is my favorite language ❤ :)
