My uncle has Parkinson’s, and if it wasn’t for the Michael J. Fox foundation, the medication that he is on would have cost him $1000.00 a month, but he gets it for free. Mike is an amazing person with a kind heart and soul. I wish I could thank him in person for all that he has done to help others with this disease to be able to afford the medications that they need. My heart still goes out to him, for this disease is not a walk in the park.

It is hard to find the words to describe what an amazing human being Michael J. Fox is. He is a credit to his family, to acting, and to the world. He goes beyond a humanitarian, and is a credit to humanity. I watched him all my life, have witnessed him struggle with Parkinson's and his amazing accomplishments. In this time in our history he is inspiring to us all. Whoever watches over him, please keep him here!!

As an 80s kid who understands what '80s famous' means, I want to thank Michael J Fox for the wonderful memories of his work and the work of his great collaborators, like Robert Zemeckis. Over here in Ireland the 80s was a tough enough time for working people and those who couldn't find work, but the light and fun that MJF brought into our homes every week on Family Ties and onto the big screen on a Saturday afternoon, gave such great joy and hope. He will live forever.

Thank you, Michael J Fox. I have watched you grow up and go on to make wonderful films to enjoy and uplift. Then you really came into your own when Parkinson’s fired you up to do more for others as well as hopefully help yourself. You really have changed the world for so many. Thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
