Woodturning - A Brilliant Idea For Paper & Resin // Woodless Woodturning
In this woodworking video I use a woodturning lathe to turn a blank made with coloured paper and epoxy resin into an ornate high gloss bowl. I feel this video falls into the ASMR and entertainment categories.
If you find these video’s a good source of entertainment, I’d appreciate you like, share and subscribe.

Hi guys.. what you will find here is that those who use a bandsaw a lot don’t saw “use a push stick” because they understand.. and those saying “use a pushstick do not understand bandsaws.. it’s understandable that you think a push stick is the right way. But your not right. Thanks for your concern all the same.
This is a great wood project book kzread.infoUgkxkPIWb22DigCqxmlXerCyUF4HCl6eSU2L . Most of the projects use the pallet simply as a source of reclaimed wood not as a recognizable pallet so even if you didn't have a pallet you could make these projects with any reclaimed (or even new) wood. The instructions are excellent. The style is charming and would work with lots of different decor. There are quite a number of projects that involve tiling of teh wood pieces which is a really cool idea and can produce beautiful pieces when working with aged wood.

Is this a general question or how I personally season wood ?
I just love the contrast between the black and the rainbow colors and the parts that have separation because of the black paper. Oh and in a way it is a wood turning since paper comes from trees.

Now, when my brother was in elementary school he did a project as a Valentines gift for our mom with red construction paper. He didn’t use resin. Just a thick stack of paper cut into the shape of a heart ❤️. He said he glued each sheet individually like pancakes stacking and stacking. Then when satisfied with the thickness he encased the whole thing with glue. Turned out very hard as paper is wood anyway. Your idea reminds me of that. You are very talented artist.
