    @St. Petersberg only if your arms are locked out properly during heavy sets. Being a powerlifter myself, I've only see 2 people get it and they were going for some extreme PRs

    *Keep at it.* You'll really enyoy curling 💯 lbs or more about 3 or 4 times slow pump, full extension with *one-arm;* while the guys stand by watching and balancing *the bar* for you; cause you walked in *after a full-day at work* and one-arm curled what they were taking turns military-pressing

    616 record looked easier for her, im sure she could go more than 621, the 621 lift was hitched, which is usually due to certain muscle weakness in certain areas.

    As a 200 pound guy that deadlifts 425 i can tell you its extremely impressive when anyone pulls 600+ deadlift. That being said, please keep in mind im not a life-long professional weightlifting athlete. So comparing a world-tier weightlifter to an above average strong person who occassionally goes to the gym is silly.

    I love seeing sports competitors congratulate each other in the heat of competition , it makes me emotional just to see people do something no ones done before and to be mature enough to hug someone who just beats you seconds later . Love it ! Keep doing it ladies ! Anyone talking about steroids for these women have to realize the guys are all juicing too if the girls are , no ones natural so all are on the same playing field .

Instead, people just look at the maximum amount of weight a person can possibly lift or press, which will always be achieved by a man.

Why be disrespectful to their accomplishments if you don't care about them? Rogue cared enough to invite them and post their lifts on the channel and alot of us cared enough to watch.     @@nicholasdimedio302 It was a hypothetical thought experiment, not much more than that. You are not guaranteed a set outcome, but those children would atleast have an enormeous genetic potential towards size and strength, thats just basic biology.

    Andrea Thompson has a different technique than the others; she lock out her back then finishes the legs instead of the other way around.

    You'll see that some of the men do that as well. Basically you're pulling to above the knee. Then you use hip tilt to straighten your core. At this point, the bar is basically resting on top of your quad. Then you slowly stand up.

    You look up female lifting, all you see is ladies in skimpy clothing pulling 200. cringe this is *real* powerlifting, everyone looks like an angry meat cube

    They kept saying 500lbs but the zoom in on the plates show them only being 45lbs each? Wouldn't that make the first lift 360lbs?
