High Value means different things to different people. For me, the value of a man has nothing to do with his bank account. A high value man has good character, is capable of giving and receiving love, is kind, and fears God. Any man smart enough to know that If God is his source, all his resources will fall in line accordingly is extremely high value.

Everyone has their own definition of high value men. For me I don’t subscribe myself to the foolish high value, alpha, beta male convos it’s low vibrational discourse for me. The best men are the ones who are sincere, honest, loyal, treats his partner with respect and care, faithful and works his best for himself and his family.

No grown man wants to be working at a retail store or fast food restaurants after 25, but the reality is some don't have a choice and they prefer to get their own than be bums at home. My government job allows me to have full health insurance(inclusive of dental and eyes). I get 30 days off a year(paid vacation) I get paid sick leave up(to a certain amount of days of course). That government job allowed me to go to college twice and own my car fully and now be debt free. These "baddies" think entrepreneurs have life easy, some are not even breaking even. It really is sad that we have come to this quick money life set

I had to get a job at Dunkin to supplement my income becuase i work in a town with very little job openings. Im so very grateful tge manager offered me a job because some money is better than no money. It has humbled me. I was once a bartender in my younger days. I made great money, but once you're not as young, you're going to have a rude awakening. The people I work with are hard-working, honest people, and I would never treat them as anything but what I see. Just as quick as you made it, you can lose it. I can lay my head down knowing I did a HONEST days work, serving my community. God sees me, my kids see what I'm willing to do to make sure my responsibilities are taken care of and that's ALL that matters in my book. Blessings, Shumake 🙏

These jobs don't pay well and secondly, way of life might be harder or with problems in some communities. Might not even be able to afford fruits and vegetables because of the salary. These jobs are okay for getting a headstart in life or while in school but not for the rest of your life. I don't know... that's how I see it. Unless you want to work until you 90 years old.

If the man is considered high value, he should have integrity and be of great character and strve for the best for himself and his family. I understand what she is saying about mature men flipping burgers and working a low level job, where they will never advance in their career. If the man is working at McDonalds, etc., he should be striving for management status at those jobs or use those jobs as a stepping stone while he strives for better. However, I see nothing wrong with working blue collar or trade jobs, as those jobs pays a decent salary, you will continually receive salary increases and will be able to financially support yourself and a family.

Shalom man of God and many blessings to you and to your beautiful wife and families (personal/ministries). I appreciate the truth you shared in this message. Because there are those who do misinterpret how the working world is seen. As you have stated, financial stability does not make someone a high value person. Because in today's world, there are plenty of people who are financially wealthy but continue to misinterpret the actual value of the individuals who help them to get where they are today. This includes the very businesses that this beautiful young lady is belittling in this clip. Those who own the fast food restaurants and clothing stores are wealthy correct? So would they still be considered as "high value" if they are paying their employees beneath their worth? If their employees are living pay check to pay check then are the owners of these businesses still considered as "high value" people? The beautiful young lady in the clip you have shared does not understand the original purpose for the business world or for the world of entrepreneurship. When a person is building a corporation, a company, an enterprise, an empire, or a business, that individual is suppose to build from an inner man that sees the value of human life correctly. It is unwise for any person to build anything from a mindset that puts the dollar first. When a person does that, it will cause him or her to see the value of human life incorrectly. And this truth can be seen in how the market scale is set up in the corporate and business world. Many people are underpaid in certain worlds because the purpose of building a productive business is seen from a place that does not have everyone's welfare in mind. I am speaking of the people who end up working for certain businesses and companies and who are primarily responsible for helping the business owners excel from a financial standpoint. Those are the true "high value people." Those who are overworked and underpaid, and who still find the strength and tenacity to be productive and an asset in environments that under appreciate their worth, are high value people. Business environments are constructed to cater to healthy transitions. These transitions elevate businesses into greater encounters with character, with integrity, with real fruitfulness and enriched development which create room for everyone within the business environment to be cared for properly and fairly, especially from a standpoint that builds financial stability for every person involved within the business structure. It takes a person of high value to see their employees on that level. High value people know how to include their employees in the building process. They do not leave them behind to squander for themselves. They make sure they are able to produce a productive life with a sincere care about their welfare and their worth. The gift of generosity can take a person into some beautiful and deep life changing experiences, especially when a beautiful soul is able to see the value of others in the correct light. God Bless you man of God and thank you for sharing this. Shalom unto you and to your beautiful wife and families.

I think 2 things can be true. There is nothing wrong with "blue collar" work but, there is also nothing wrong with continuing to strive for more. Many get a "decent" job or just a job in general and think that's the end. But, you can continue to strive to grow. I think too many people are too comfortable settling for a "job" then come home, drink, smoke and watch TV. You don't have to work 24/7 but, you should never stop striving to improve and get to the next level in life. Now, she is not the best messenger and her approach was trash but if you are in your 40s working fast food out of necessity there is something you can do about that.

I only agree with the first part of her video. I really think that those types of jobs are for teenagers and younger adults but not for grown men simply because a family will not be able to live off of that type of salary. We have inflation and the salaries don't increase. So if you were young and started off at a fast food restaurant but in your forties and have not done anything to uplift yourself, then I don't know... maybe if this person has really low living standards then that is okay for him. But when you have mouths to feed, everything changes...

I agree with her to an extent. I won’t date a man working at a fast food joint or a low paying job because it shows he can’t provide and he’s lacking something. If a man is content working at a low level job he’s lacking ambition or has other issues going on in his life.

There’s nothing wrong with standards but this is essentially putting a (potentially fake) price tag on ya dating pool. A man could have a high salary corporate job/career and doing well for himself maybe planning to start a business but that’s a “9-5” so it isn’t “high value” for her. She even knocked city employees who could have good money. But if a scammer has a Lamborghini through his “business” he could hypothetically pass for a “high value man” in her eyes. The wires are getting crossed

@@nmhoskins that’s not really the point of what he’s saying. No one said you had to be with certain men making certain money. Nor do I think this is about “standards”; it’s about glorifying and putting “men” on a pedestal simply because of their materialism or tax bracket (legal or illegal). He’s saying high value is character; not a bank account. That’s all. If she wants to only date men who have $xxxxxx in the bank (regardless of how they treat her) or a Lambo (however they got it) then cool. Everyone looks for different things in different people. Whether someone works at Ross, McDonald’s or the Cheesecake Factory, everyone is trying to get by in this economy because it’s hard out here, even with a degree! You never know what someone is battling personally, so we shouldn’t put so much pressure on men to have a “better job”. At the end of the day he’s trying and who knows maybe that job could lead to a promotion.

Actually, most high earning men typically don't care about a woman he's courting also being high earning; this has collectively never mattered to men in general all throughout history. This is why we commonly see secretaries, receptionists, and baristas dating high profile men normally but not vice versa with guys in those same positions. I agree that she does need prayer though and to find a Godly example.
