Easiest easy for condoms to be used is if women tell the man right away your not getting anything until you wrap it up

Anyone that signs a birth certificate and is proven not to be the father should be able to have their name removed automatically!!

Bio dad and legal dad is two different things. If the man leaves and another man wants the baby he can be the legal father. So he has rights to the child and cant abandon the child. If your not sure ask for a DNA test right then in the hospital.

If he is not the real father and someone else is he should not be legally obligated to pay because he signed a birth cert! If he is attached to the child and still wants to provide that's fine! However some men are jailed behind not paying support for a child that is not theirs!

@@shannab8015 nah, it's free but you probably have to pay for a paternity test. I went through it years ago. Test said I'm not the father, went to family court to clear my name. Actually I don't think I was removed from the birth certificate, I would have to do that myself. This just protected me from future child support and stuff........but at the end of the day, I chose to still be in my daughter's life. Now she's in medical school

Unfortunately, not enough older sisters are involved with "teaching" the younger sisters. So they are left to their own devices, the advice of peers, uninformed or uncaring males and the street. But yes, it definitely is a problem.

The judge very conveniently blamed the man without holding the woman responsible for anything.

She's attitude changed real fast. I think here in the courtroom she just realized that he didn't cheat. That she blew the good thing and now she's a single mom. And she missed the only decent guy that she made me in her whole life. Only one or two come by if a woman's lucky. Lots of guys will bump uglies. They'll take but find one that gives and learn to give to him

That should really only make sense if there’s proof she cheated around conception, which she claimed she didn’t and there’s no proof that she did. People make mistakes and she doesn’t seem like a bad person just really lost and naive. I think it’s just the fact he was really demeaning and rude about it. It makes sense that he has doubts since she’s cheated before but you don’t need to go about it like he did.

This judge is so amazing and understanding of the full picture, I love it. So many judges put their own opinion and judgment on stuff, seems biased

I think it's very important during dating to first really understand each other before sexually being involved. Understand each other's past and work through it so as not to have the past influence the "now" hence destroying your destiny.

its about weaving a narrative so you get invested in the results, otherwise why care at all? theyre just strangers fighting over a baby. ill agree that these cases rarely justify a full half hour timeslot though. they should move to two cases per episode like most other court shows.

In some states the law won't allow a man to do a paternity test on a child without the mothers aproval. Therefore you need to go to court to get a judge to issue the paternity test. And then you can hopefully not pay child support for 18 years. Hopefully

Full term is considered anywhere from 36-40 weeks. She had the child 2 weeks early from due date. So she was around 38 weeks.

@@exclusive_mack5238 I did share your opinion before but I guess with time and experience my mindset has shifted. The way I see it is this, commitment comes before marriage, and thus it can exist outside of marriage. Unless, a person is committed to be with you for the long haul, he will not marry you. The moment he/she makes up his/her mind to be committed, the next chapter is what I call a formality, marriage. The danger most people make is to think that the formality is what hold people together or it is some kind of a safety net, in reality it is the mind of the people involved that does. I would encourage anyone to look for a person who is willing to be committed, not necessarily married. It is not to say that marrying before carrying is not good, it is better than having a child in a situationship.

How many men say a baby is not theirs because they are dogs dipping here and there, then not wanting to claim them. Some men know the truth but deny because of their own insecurities. They wasn't listening. If her due date is Nov. 30th, then the conception of Feb. 17th-24th is wrong. The gf due date is the 19th, so 11 days later would be March 6th or 7th

They should do updates to every case in this court.
