It's genuinely sad. Women who have never been treated with actual love (actual unconditional, respectful caretaking) can end up not really knowing what a 'good' man even looks like, and settling for a man who at least occasionally shows them minimal affection/compliments (and they learn to call that 'good'; or perhaps they watch a lot of TV drama (or come from physically abusive backgrounds) and they think violence is always on the table so any man who isn't physically violent is 'good'? As if there's no step up from that very low baseline?). Anyway, I'm just really sad for this girl. Because she's trapped in a situation and who knows how the supports she actually needs will get to her.
