    @@umariqbal3665 you need to know the conditions and be able to spot groups in your macromolecules then you'll know the mechanism, but some can still be complicated or Challenging

    Thank you Frank for this video. My crazy organic professor wants to have a test tomorrow over aldehydes and ketones, along with sections of the carboxylic acids chapter. Our final exam in the class is also this week ( I think on Thursday), so it is going to be crazy! This video helped enlighten me better about the wittig reaction. Thank you again.

    Frank Wong It was. My organic professor always puts questions on the test that she knows that we cannot answer... she claims that this a good way to see out thought process. I think she is whackadoodle. The test that we took yesterday had 4 questions on it. She just posted the slides on the chapters that was going to be on the test two hours before the test! I like organic chemistry (I am a chem major), but the instructor is just unprofessional. Next semester I have biochem and environmental chem. The biochem class is ran by the same teacher... wish me luck.

    I am so glad I finally found you! I feel like I am understanding something finally! But your double bonded carbon looks little weird so I am just confirming that the Alkene (which means double bonded carbon) is C double bonded to a C with two methyl groups attached to it?
