Sharon is beautiful in so many ways. As a person, vocalist, and simply stunning as a woman.

What I love about this band is that they are not afraid to experiment with other genres while still remaining metal. Respect, WT.

The thing is though, Within Temptation's version is so awesome that it makes the original sound like a half-baked cover version.

Within Temptation really made water into wine with this cover. Much better than the original.

No matter how much the radio channels try to crush my soul and make me hate this song by playing it to insanity (I've heard it more than my favourite song, Muse's Uprising), it's still a good song, but I prefer Within Temptation's version. The music is better and her voice is smoky and fiery, it's a really, really nice cover.
