by the way, defenderUI works better when Windows Defender's tamper protection is turned off, defender guard in DefenderUI will protect it better. And then you can set the options in defender UI to automatically perform actions.

do you have to use the edge browser for full protection or will this also work with brave browser??

Brave browser is good, i just use edge in my test as ti comes with windows and is a popular browser

Can you test only free AVs and we will see which one is the best to use?

Are these viruses updated in this test of the two programs?

saving the configuration on defender UI is only so you can import those same settings on another device by copypasting or just manually typing them into another installation of defenderui. You applied the settings by flipping the switches
