GREAT TEST SEEMS LIKE U HAD A GOOD % OF PUA/ADWARE IN THE SAMPLES. INCREDIBLY CLOSE RESULTS THE PROBLEM WITH SUCH RESULTS IS THAT PUA/ADWARE MAY OR MAY NOT BE THAT DANGEROUS FOR EVERYONE HENCE AVS TRY TO GO FOR A BALANCED APPROACH

Emsisoft would lose. Uses BitDefender engine.

@@marcfabricatore1506 Emsisoft though has its own engine too so it is dual engine. I also wonder if Emsisoft uses up to date bitdefender signatures or are they delayed by a few hours, etc.

thanks you, please test new Eset. I think is a draw with Kaspersky and Bitdefender. Kaspersky's maximum configuration does not usually increase detection much, but rather resource consumption. What Kaspersky does have is the option to configure application blocking.

Great video ! And interesting results. I need a bit of help, new pc and I dont really know how to chose a good antivirus ( I discovered your channel this week ). What would you suggest me ? Free or paid ones ?

Welcome, glad you found the channel. My normal picks are ESET, Bitdefender and Kaspersky for home use. Paid plans are better as they come with extra features and support the free ones don't. Uploading new video with ESET and Kaspersky, so check it out. If you are opting for free av, then Kaspersky and Avast will be your best bet, Bitdefender is good but there is no rollback for ransomware incase it misses it. Hope this helps

I think it performs way better than ESET & Bitdefender. People abuse Norton only because it's high cost & they push unnecessary cleaner utilities. The rest is, it's a top notch protection like Kasperky. In my test it performs very good.

Great test, but just a little heads up, Norton does have it own VPN and it is included in the package you were testing

I think it is, very good product, however i find the home version to be better than the business one. You have to trust a security vendor eventually as they all have info/data on you in same shape or form

@@xalzor740 AV-Comparatives doesn't agree with you. Based on their last test, Norton scored 99.70%. Making them the highest detection percentage when the product is connected to the internet.
