@@mattc236 The people that usually host these challenges at fairs/carnivals or public events have the bar rotate to make it harder for the competitor. Just search "spinning bar hang" or something and you'll see

@@mattc236 Yes, I've seen those videos with the bar rotating. MUCH harder!! Well, Nick is just super supportive and doesn't want to jeopardize your potential.

Love how well the old lady did at that age, goes to show that muscle memory and fitness early into your life goes a long way.

Nick, I commend you for "retiring" from athletics in the best way. Most athletes fall off the radar and work office jobs. You are making a huge impact in the next generation by showing that fitness is fun! More kids need the message that fitness is a lifestyle, and Nick, you promote this in each video. I'll buy what you are selling.

Tried this thing at a local carnival. I was hanging for maybe 4-5 minutes before getting bored. The host asked to jump down after I started fooling, like hanging with one hands or just doing some pull-ups without breaking a sweat. He was pretty confused (and pissed) and then I confessed that I'm a rock climber🤣

I use hanging as a way to stretch out after an upper body work out usually for 20 seconds most every day. So.... I just tried a 60 second hang on the pull up bar at my house and I did 63 seconds. I surprised myself!💪

The part with the little girl was so wholesome! I was smiling the entire time. Keep these coming Nick!

Besides Mr. Beast this is one of my top favorite channels. Bison absolutely killing it.
