WIN $10 For Every BAR MUSCLE-UP (UNLIMITED)

It took me several years to learn how to do a bar muscle-up. Now I can do several in a row, but that is NOTHING compared to some of the athletes I found on Muscle Beach in Santa Monica California! Truly HONORED to be a Gymshark athlete. Check out their amazing apparel here: gym.sh/NickSymmondsYT

@@unearthlynarratives_ That is mostly true in the calisthenics world, but someone, who weighs 100 pounds and doesn’t work out, will probably not do as many push ups or run as fast as someone, who weighs 200 pounds and works out very consistently. While using weights, mostly heavier people can lift more than lighter people, but someone, who weighs 130 pounds in this case and has been lifting weights very consistently for many years, can potentially lift more weight than someone, who weighs 180 pounds in this case and rarely ever lifts weights.

The first time I did a muscle up successfully I ran around the gym high fiving everyone. Working at getting back to it now. It's the transition that's tough, and the need to shoot up and carry over the bar. I've been trying no kip muscle ups but it's very tough. 6'0 211lbs.
